Received a call from Kasey around 1:15 this afternoon while I was heading out to another search, Kasey asked me if it was possible for me to find her platinum ring that her sister lost at the play ground?  I told her I would call her back after I was done with my search.

Within one hour I called Kasey back and we meet at the playground and she told me how her eight year old sister had her ring. Kasey’s ring was on her bed and she asked her sister to put it in a safe place until she got home from work, that was Saturday, her sister wore the ring on her thumb and went to play in the park that afternoon while pushing her friends on the swings the ring flew off into the sand they searched but could not find the ring.

Even Kasey and Devon looked but no luck, Kasey did a Google search and found The Ring Finders and called me  the ring is now back on Kasey’s finger! the rest is history.

Another Happy Client! Thank you Kasey and Devon for allowing me to find your lost ring.

Received a call from Erica around 12:15 this afternoon she sounded very distraught, Erica asked me if it was possible for me to find her platinum diamond ring she just lost this morning while planting her garden I told her I would be there within the hour.

I meet Erica and her husband Jim at their home, Erica immediately showed me where she was working and planting shrubs in the back yard after checking the yard for clues as to where the ring could possibly be I scanned her flower beds and shrubs, with a corner of my eye I spotted her ring laying in the grass beside one of her shrub she just planted.

I called Erica over and asked her is this your ring?  I can tell you she was one happy Lady she told me the ring has never been off her finger for the past 15 years until today.

Another Happy Client! Thank you Erica and Jim for allowing me to find your lost ring.

Lost Men’s Diamond Wedding Ring Recovered on 10 Year Anniversary/Indian Shores Beach, FL

SRARC Member Stan Flack received the call from Jim on Wednesday, May 24th that he lost his wedding ring in the water on Indian Shores Beach. Winds were high and the surf was rough, but Stan made an effort to hunt the ring (what else do you do on your birthday?).  No luck.  There was going to be a low tide on Friday so Stan organized a hunt with Paul Hill, Joe Montione & Ed Osmare.  Within a few minutes, Ed found the ring, much to Jim’s amazement. Jim & his wife were celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary on Friday! Well done, guys!

Yesterday I got 2 Lost ring calls in ten min. Called partner  Curtis Cox to cover the Oceanside call while I do the Carlsbad call.

Still alot of people on the beach but all three groups in this area had no problem moveing their stuff for me to search. NOT HERE…

Lost Ring Found and Returned at Camp Del mar beach camp pendelton.  May 27th 2017

I received a call from John Hughes who is a good friend from Theringfinders. He had just got a call from a marine who had lost his ring on the beach and asked me if I could drive immediately to the base and find it for him. John ironically had another lost ring call in Carlsbad while I was headed to Camp pendelton to meet Kythan at the front gate. “Team Work” Like the NATO alliance!

Upon arriving at the scene of the lost gold ring he showed me the dry sand area where he moved a chair and noticed his ring disappear into the soft fluffy sand.  I turned on my Machine and began scanning in a 10’x12′ area.  In less than 5 minutes and 8 bottle caps I had found Kythans Wedding ring buried next to the chair.

They were very happy to have the ring back and asked me how much do they owe me for my service? I said it’s a FREE Charge to anyone in the service😀 Can’t beat that right!

He did cover me for the little fuel I spent but No matter,I always volunteer my metal detecting time to any USMC or Navy for sacrificing there time for our Freedom and this Great Country they serve and protect.🇺🇸

Lost Wedding Ring .. Dana Point, CA. .. Found

  • from Newport Beach (California, United States)

Janene called me asking me if I could help her find her diamond wedding ring. She had a stressful day and the last time she saw her ring was when she parked her car down the street from her home. She didn’t realize the ring was missing until the next day. Somewhere between where she parked her car or possibly in the house she believed her ring was lost. I agreed to come to her place explaining that I could help her eliminate the outside areas but my large detector probably would be of no use inside the house. Nevertheless we could check the trash and other places that could conceal a ring with my pinpointer (handheld detector)
After doing the front lawns and landscaped areas outside we went through two big bags of trash with no results, we went into the house starting in the bedroom. I began by checking a shag rug. I had asked Janene what she might have been doing the evening of her loss. She folded and put laundry in her drawers. This is the kind of action that may lead to the loss of her ring. Or there have been other times when I’ve heard that a ring lying on a counter got knocked into a open drawer.
Sure enough the beautiful white gold diamond wedding ring was in the drawer with the clean clothes. A very happy lady that gave me credit for staying positive and pushing her to check the drawers.

100th Return! Lost Gold Wedding Band at Aulani Disney Resort Ko Olina…FOUND!!!

  • from O‘ahu (Hawaii, United States)

This 100th Ring Find began when I got a text from Peter who is a resident at Ko Olina on Tuesday May 9th. While paddle boarding in the lagoon his wedding band came off in 12-15 feet of water. He immediately tried finding the ring with a mask & snorkel but the powdery sand in the deep part of the lagoon swallowed it whole. I told Peter I’d come over that weekend and see if I could find it on scuba. Peter said the ring was a silver metal square shaped ring. No luck on that first dive as the surf silted up the area and I couldn’t see where I had detected. I planned for the next weekend and I told Peter I’d bring a grid line to take under water to keep on track. The next weekend I laid my grid line and started the hunt. After the first leg I moved the grid line and started down the next leg. Four feet from the end of my grid I got an amazing tone and five hand scoops later there was a 14k white gold square wedding band in my hand. It was also engraved LOVE YOU COLLEEN. I called Peter and texted him a pic of the ring. Amazing he replied. No one can believe it. And all those years he thought it was silver. We met at Kahala Mall at the Jack Lord statue for the ring’s return. Aloha to Peter!

Gold Masonic Ring Lost at County Line Beach, CA…Found and Happily Returned.

  • from Redondo Beach (California, United States)

I was on my back home from finding the earring earlier when I received a call from Jeff. He had been surfing, but had brought the ring he had received from his late grandfather with him. So as not to lose it he put in his tight fitting wet suit. He came out of the water and began to remove the wet suit, when the ring popped out and landed in the sand. He searched for about an hour, but was unable to find it. He then searched the internet, and found me. I was about an hour away, and told him I was on my way. He had time constraints, seeing his friend was getting married tomorrow, and he had to be at the rehearsal later in the evening.

When I got there Jeff led me down to the spot of the loss. He had piled stones to mark it, and it assured me that we would be able to make a quick recovery. I could see that some of the shrubbery had been moved around, and the sand had been piled up in the center of the area. I proceeded to search where Jeff thought the ring may have landed. It wasn’t there, so I worked my way back. I searched the pile of sand where it looked like Jeff had done most of his  own searching, it wasn’t there either. I then started to work back almost behind where he had been standing when I received a good repeatable signal, dug once and missed it, dug a second time and in my scoop was a nice big gold Masonic ring, the ring he found among his grandfather’s belongings after he had passed away. This was so important to Jeff, a precious memory of his late grandfather, who he had just found out was a Mason , which also meant a lot to Jeff. I could tell the pride he had for his grandfather, and this made for a wonderful recovery. Also he still had time to make the rehearsal.
