Gold Wedding Band Lost, Recovered and Returned in Media, PA!!!

  • from Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, United States)

Ron texted me after finding me in the Ring Finders Directory. He was doing some yard work at his home in Media, PA when his 45 year old gold wedding band slipped off his finger. He was 85% sure it fell off in his backyard. He had searched himself for 2-3 hours before calling a professional. I agreed to meet him the next day and upon my arrival he walked me through the area where he thought in fell off. A gold wedding band on the surface has a very unique signal…I also have the ability to zero in my machine on just gold signals. It was quite a large search area…but I started in the area where he spent the most time. 3-4 minutes into the search I received the signal I was hoping for…looked down…and there was his beautiful gold wedding band shining up at me!!! I called Ron  over and to say he was amazed and happy would be an understatement! I was so happy I was able to get his ring back on his finger!!!

Lost ring in Kirksville Mo…. Found with a metal detector

Contact:

A very nice young man named Kyle called me about trying to recover his 14K wedding band.

He was walking a friend’s dog on a leash in a park when the dog bolted for some reason twisting his fingers and his ring flew off.

He borrowed a metal detector but being unfamiliar with it couldn’t find the ring. This was his father’s ring so he really wanted to find it.

We were there a little over two hours, gridding different sections where the ring was lost when I found it. He was very happy to have it back.

Pendant lost at La Jolla Shores found

  • from La Jolla (California, United States)

Adam was playing ball at La Jolla Shores beach when he discovered that his necklace had broken and a treasured pendant was missing. He and his friends searched for it without success. A referral got him to TheRingFinders.com website and my contact info. When I received the call, I was out detecting with a buddy. We were about done anyway, so, we jumped into his car and headed to his house so I could jump into my truck and head out to the beach. When I got there I lucked into a parking spot and contacted Adam. Once on the site, I got the story and found the search area was relatively small. Less than 5 minutes later without a signal so far, I got a steady tone on my Equinox 900 and judging by it and the number readout that this was the probable target. Pin pointer poked into the sand located the object and sure enough, a beautiful pendant came to light. A happy Adam can now relax and enjoy the rest of the day and evening. A pleasure to meet you and thank you for the reward.

Lost cell phones, cash, credit cards and BMW fob in the Wekiva River , Orlando, Florida…found and returned to owner.

As a good friend of mine always says, “Don’t waste time renting or borrowing a metal detector if you have never used one. Especially if your lost item is important to you. Call or contact an experienced metal detector expert.”

Deondre and his friend had rented some kayaks for the day and they both had secured their iphones in “waterproof” cases with lanyards and as they paddled down the river they came to a rough area and somehow they tipped their kayak and over they went. Only Deondre did not have his lanyard over his head and his brand new iphone slipped into the water and immediately disappeared. His friend called me and I met them an hour later and paddled out to the exact spot and searched for 3 hours but could not find Deondre’s lost cell phone…but I was able to recover an old water logged ziplock bag with all the contents still intact but completely soaked!

When I got home I cleaned everything up in fresh clean water and put a fan on and left it for 2 days. The money dried nicely and the fob was very dry as well and the credit cards would for sure be canceled and the iphones were…well one was toast and had swollen up and the other looked in very good condition still. So I plugged it in and it amazingly started charging but it was locked and the screen would come on but would not allow me to retrieve any information…even the Medical contacts. I tried looking on Google to see if I could find the person whose name was on the credit cards but there were just too many people with the same name so I resorted to calling the BMW dealer and asked if anyone had reported missing such a fob and when I mentioned the card holders name they said it matched someone in their system and I was given an email address and that info ended up being the husband of the young lady who lost the whole bag of goodies over a year ago!! They were shocked to hear that I wanted to return their lost iphones, credit cards, 114 dollars in cash and a BMW fob! It is always a real pleasure to return something and have a part in seeing the joy and surprise on peoples faces!

LOST GOLD 750 CARTIER RING in RALEIGH, NC…… FOUND!!!

  • from Raleigh (North Carolina, United States)

Barley got home and a young lady texted me saying she had lost her gold 750 Cartier ring in Raleigh while playing in an outdoor beach volleyball tournament.

She said she lost it while making a play on the ball. She felt it slide off. She said she went back today with a metaldetecter and couldn’t find it.

She asked when I could come and find it for her. So, of course I said, “Give me 10 mins and I’ll be on the road!”

When I arrived there were a group of people playing volleyball so I had to wait. As soon as they were done, my first signal in the corner of the playing area was her ring.

Today was 2-2 gold ring kind of day!!!

LOST 18K DIAMOND RING in NEW LONDON, NC……FOUND!!!!

  • from Raleigh (North Carolina, United States)

Received a call the other day from a gentleman whose wife had lost an 18k gold ring about two years ago. He asked if I could come and try to find it. I was currently working that day, but I said I would come first thing Sunday when I was off. I get to the house meet his wife and she begins to show me where she was at and what she was doing the day she lost her ring. I began to search, I was hearing many signals, but I got a good signal under a holly bush tree move back the dirt and I could see a gold circle. I stood up, looked over at her and said I think I just found your ring. The smile and the excitement on her face said it all. She was beside herself with joy. She couldn’t believe that after two years, she was reunited with a ring that she’s so cherished.

After finding the ring, we stood in the driveway talking about the ring. They shared with me that it was a custom ring made in New York. The jewelry company name was seven fingers. Because the jeweler only had seven fingers.

I love putting smiles back on peoples faces!!

Silver ring lost on sand volleyball court, Orlando, Florida…found with a metal detector!

If you lost something important to you…like a ring or keys or cell phone on land or in the water or even in your car…call or text me at 321-363-6029 and let’s talk. I can answer any questions you may have about my recovery service and am available day or night! Call or text me ASAP!

Everett was playing volleyball with some friends at their private community facility and as he went to hit the ball he felt his heavy silver ring slip off of his finger! Unfortunately no one saw exactly where it landed as it happened so fast. Everett was sure it landed fairly close to where he was standing so they tried running their hands through the sand and after an hour or so they gave up. Everett thought that maybe there was some kind of service that could help in a situation like this so he looked up “Metal detecting person near me” and that search led him to theringfinders.com website.

It was getting on towards evening so I told Everett I could come right away and after a 40 minute drive I met Everett and he showed me the area. I began my search on the same side of the court where Everett was standing and after clearing all the coins and pull tabs I crossed over to the opposite side of the court and as I was finishing gridding that side off I got a strong signal reading in the 90’s on my Deus 2 metal detector. Everett’s lost ring was just under the surface and I found it surprising just how far a heavy ring can travel with only the flip of the wrist! Everett was so thankful to have his special ring back and was all smiles as he posed for some last minute pictures.

LOST WHITE GOLD WEDDING RING IN RALEIGH, NC….. FOUND!!!

  • from Raleigh (North Carolina, United States)

While in SC attempting another recovery, sadly didnt find that one, I received a text about a lost ring in Raleigh, NC, at a parks volleyball sandy pit area.

The couple were visiting from out of state and leaving soon. I advised them of the current laws and that I’d have to call the local police to see if I could get permission to try and find it. I called Raleigh, PD and they deferred me to the park staff/security. I called and spoke with the director of the park where the ring was lost. He advised me he would have to call his supervisor and said he’d call me back. About 30 mins later I get a call and the green light!!! They said someone would need to be present while I searched for the ring, I said, “sounds good to me!” So from SC it was about a 3 hour drive!

I arrived at the park, then couple arrived and I called the Director to advise him we were there and I was about to get started. I covered the first area and didn’t find it. The park director showed up and sat at the picnic table where the 2nd possible location was. 1 pulltab and 1 twist top later I get another signal and it’s her ring!
