Memorial pendant found at a beach in Michigan.

I was out detecting a beach in Michigan when I found this Memorial pendant. It had a thumb print and a name with dates on the back. I put it on the local facebook page and was able to find the owner. It turns out that it belonged to a young man whose grandfather died. I mailed it out to him and his mother recorded a message from him thanking me. This is the most rewarding hobby to have.
