Rob was sitting near the ocean and lost his wedding ring. The couple searched frantically trying to find it. They even went to Walmart and Best Buy trying to find a metal detector. They ended up ordering one through Amazon. His wife Lauren started searching the internet for help and came across Theringfinders.com! I got a text and I immediately called them and got more info on where the ring was lost and headed down. I received a call from Liz about her sister Barb’s wedding band that was lost a week ago. Initially Barb thought her ring was somewhere in the house, but then started to consider that it may have been lost on the beach in Ocean City, NJ when it didn’t turn up. I met with Liz to go over where she thought the ring might be and started my search. Around an hour into the search, I dug the ring that was buried very deep in the sand.

How to find a lost ring in Sauble Beach, Ontario? Time tends to be the most important aspect many times. With the number of individuals with metal detectors increase, the risk of another individual finding your lost item and not knowing the true owner is high.

In this find, the individual did everything correct to ensure a successful recover. He went as far as marking the location, staying until the sun went down, and going back at 6am the next day, all to ensure this item has not been found by someone else. About an hour after he arrived, and a google search for “Metal detectors in sauble beach ontario”, ourteam got a text.

This was a difficult situation, as we were in a fishing derby in Wiarton, Ontario. But as we have discovered many times, the sooner the items can be searched for, the higher the recovery rate. We pulle

 

d out of the derby and within slightly before 2 hour of receiving the call, not only where we in Sauble and searching, but the ring had been recovered.

Lost Cell Phone Found and Returned

We get a joy out of returning lost items. Sometimes we just find lost items on the beach and hunt the owners down. This was the case with this cell phone. When I found it it was dead but after charging it opened up and was not locked. I was able to retrieve the number and call and I shipped it back to the owner. Another win!

Sentimental Gold Ring Recovered

Got a text through the ring finder website about a lost gold band. The couple was on vacation from Ohio and were out in the water yesterday and lost it. After I arrived I was told it was her deceased mother’s gold wedding band which is irreplaceable! I had to find it. The water was very rough and the waves were not being friendly. After recovering a moving can I got a good signal and it was in the right number range. It took about 8 minutes on that one target but persistence paid off! Her mother is smiling tonight too!

Massive Gold Necklace Recovered!

Got a call from a fellow Ring Finder that could not respond to this lost necklace request and I contacted the owner and set up a meeting. The owner (Rodney) decided to do a flip at the beach in 4 foot of water! The necklace was lost. Sometimes chains can be difficult to find but not one this BIG! After about 15 minutes I knew I had a good hit. I showed it to Rodney in the Xtreme scoop and he was ecstatic! I found out that the medallion and necklace was given to him by his friend the basketball star Allen Iverson and it was appraised 14 years ago for over $13,000! My most expensive gold find! Over 107 grams of white gold with over 4 carats of diamonds! Video will be on Gigmaster on youtube in about a week.

I get a call from a young lady who told me that she had lost her ring at the Hayward lake in Mission, this is about a 2 hour drive from where I live. We discussed the search over the phone and the fact that it was lost where someone else could easily find it with a metal detector I knew I had to get there as soon as possible. We met the next morning and I heard the story of the ring and what it meant to them to get it back. I assess the search area, which I thought was going to be smaller and it turned out to be half of the swimming area. This could easily take a couple hours to grid search, but that’s OK I will do what I have to do to find that smile.

Because this lake/park does not allow Metal Detecting we had to get permission first, the permission was granted and I began my search in the areas they believe the ring could be in, after 20 minutes and no ring I asked a few more questions, one place stood out to me and I started searching that area and found her beautiful custom made diamond ring only minutes later… A total of 30 minutes to find her lost Smile!

Gold Ring Found Va Beach

I was messaged by Caroline about a lost ring in Va Beach. Her friend found me from my channel on youtube (Gigmaster). She actually sent me pictures where if was lost and a general location. On day one I searched but did not have any luck and the stinging nettles were coming after me! On day 2 Caroline was going to meet me but was delayed so I ventured back out in the water and found it before she arrived. I was able to surprise here with the find.

Prescription Glasses Found Va Beach

We may not always get a call and we don’t limit our search to rings. On this occasion I found a pair of prescription glasses and started asking people in the area if anyone lost their glasses. I found a guy that said his dad had lost his not long ago. They were his! He was very grateful and was wondering how he was going to drive back home without his glasses!
