I received a call from a guy who told me his wife was besides herself. He explained that her mother passed recently and they made a 18K gold charm with her mothers fingerprint on the charm. They just got a new puppy and his wife was playing with the puppy on the lawn when she jumped up and grabbed the necklace and broke it. She was able to find the necklace but not able to find the small gold charm which was about the size of a dime. They even borrowed a friends metal detector and searched for hours without luck. I arrived to the house and they showed me the lawn where the charm was lost. The grass was vey thick and dense. It took me about 15-20 min to recover and return this very special charm.

TESTOMONIAL:

I cannot thank Adam enough! My mom passed away a year and a half ago! Her death was sudden and so difficult to accept. Shortly after her death, I had a charm made with her fingerprint to wear so that I would always have a piece of her with me! This past week we adopted the sweetest golden doodle puppy you’ve ever seen❤️ Her name is Juniper! I was in our front yard playing with Juniper, when she jumped up and grabbed my necklace. The chain caught on my shirt but the charm with my moms fingerprint went flying! Our grass is so dense and I could not find it anywhere! My husband and I searched for 3 hours or more! I even started to fear that maybe Juniper had swallowed it! My friend even let me borrow her metal detector that she bought for her children to take to the beach. No luck! 😢 my husband researched “ring finders” and found Adam! Adam assured us that if that charm was in our yard he would find it! He seemed very confident! When Adam got to our house we showed him the area where I was playing with Juniper. He began his search with his equipment and within 20 minutes had found my special charm!!!❤️ Adam was genuinely so nice and I believe he wanted to find it as much as I did!!! The empathy and kindness he showed was extraordinary! God NEVER fails in sending the right people at the right time!

Helped find wedding band and engagement ring in Coralville Iowa today!

Contact:

I had a call from Nora saying she lost her wedding ring and engagement ring today. Last night we had a major snowstorm with at least 9 to 10 inches of snow. She came out of her apartment this morning and decided to throw a snowball at her husband. She shook her hands to get the snow off and her rings flew too. We got lucky and found them both thanks to a neighbor who was happily helping to look for them.

Diamond Engagement Ring Lost, Recovered and Returned in Philadelphia, PA!!!

  • from Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, United States)

Liana texted me late on the Friday after Thanksgiving seeking help to find her lost diamond engagement ring. I immediately called her and she told me she had been raking and bagging leaves in her backyard when her ring came up  missing…she thought it probably fell off while raking or bagging the leaves. We made arrangements to meet the following morning at her home in Conshohocken, PA. When I arrived the next  day I sensed Liana’s stress…they had spent many hours dumping and re-bagging all the the leaves in search of the ring already and even purchased a metal detector to try to find themselves. After no luck they read a suggestion online that they could hire a professional…hence the call to me. Liana, her husband and neighbors were all involved in the search…a very nice crew of people! I really wanted to come through for them. Since she said she already dumped and searched and re-bagged the 15 bags of leaves it made sense to scan the small yard first. I scanned the entire yard fully 3 times before I decided the ring is absolutely not there. I was little disheartened because the only thing left were the bagged leaves but they said they thoroughly searched them already.  We decided we needed to dump them again…one at a time…and now I’ll scan all the contents with my Minelab Equinox metal detector….well, we were on bag #7 or 8…when I couldn’t help but smile…I finally got the signal I was hoping for…I nudged the leave pile a bit with my foot and saw the ring! The group was busy re-bagging leaves and didn’t see my hesitation and smile…i savored the moment for a second…then asked Liana to come over…I pointed to her ring in the middle of the leaf pile…oh the joy and relief on her face! Its why I love being a ring finder….I was so happy to be able to come through for them!

Gold Wedding Band Lost, Recovered and Returned in Radnor, PA!!!

  • from Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, United States)

James got in touch with me via the Ring Finders directory after losing his white gold wedding band while at a football practice at Radnor High School in Radnor, PA. I met James the next day at the field and he told me he is the coach of his young son’s football team…he was in the middle of the practice and tossing the football back and forth when he felt his ring come off. He didn’t see it fly through the air but felt it come off for sure. He borrowed a friend’s metal detector to try to find it himself but no luck, He decided he needed the help of a pro…hence the call to me! James was pretty sure of the area of the field where it came off….probably a 30 square yard grassy area. In my experience with these kinds of recoveries where it comes off when throwing something….its quite unpredictable where the ring could’ve flown to. I proceeded to cover the area in a grid like fashion….almost like mowing a lawn…and thoroughly covering every square inch of the search area. A gold ring on the surface has a unique signal on my detector so while I was getting a lot of signals none suggested his ring. About 20 minutes into my search…BOOM… I finally got the signal I was looking for. The grass was quite deep so I had to push the deep grass aside…but after doing so there it was!!!! Don’t think James believed me when I first said I found it….he was so happy and relieved when I handed it to him! I was very happy to be able to get his ring back to him!!!

Platinum Wedding Band Lost, Recovered and Returned in Penn Valley, PA!!!

  • from Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, United States)

Leonard found me in the Ring Finders directory after he lost his platinum wedding band in an elementary school playground in Penn Valley, PA. He spent hours searching for it before reaching out to me for help. I met him the next day at the playground and he explained that due to some recent weight loss the band had become quite loose on his finger. He was with his son and wife at the school’s playground and had his hands full with all kinds of kids stuff when he figured the band must have slid off his finger. He spent the majority of time and was quite convinced the ring fell off in the mulched area of the playground but he also thought maybe it fell off during his walk back and forth to car. I started with a quick scan of entire mulched area of playground….then took 20 minutes and scanned the entire walking path to where his car was parked. Leonard was hanging with me and looking with his eyes as well….we were both convinced it must be there somewhere. After about 60 minutes I was ready to suggest to him we should wrap it up when he told me he dropped a pretzel very near/under a long aluminum bench along the border of the playground. I obviously didn’t check there since a huge metal bench would interfere with my metal detector…we grabbed both ends of bench and moved it 5 feet away…and I proceeded to detect that area. BOOM! I got the beautiful surface ring signal on my detector I had been hoping for! I looked down and there was his beautiful ring! I think I whooped and hollered and scared Leonard! I told him I found it….and his smile said it all! I was very happy to find Leonard’s ring for him!!!

  • from Raleigh (North Carolina, United States)
Got a text/call from a gentleman whose wife had lost her 14k diamond ring while cleaning out a chicken box.
She took an eggshell out of the box with her right hand and just threw it to the right and behind her body so it would go into the ivy. Well, when she did this the ring flew off too.
After about 30-40 mins I got a 70’s signal and as I moved the leaves away, I saw her ring!
Another recovered and returned FTY!!

20 Day Old Diamond Engagement Ring Lost, Recovered and Returned in West Chester, PA!!!

  • from Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, United States)

Every woman’s nightmare???….3 weeks post engagement and your ring is missing!!! Maddie is the 3rd future bride that while engaged contacted me looking for help locating a lost engagement ring. I’m proud to say I’m 3 for 3 in being able to recover those rings! Maddie found me in the Ring Finder directory after her ring came up missing after her daily horse ride at her stable in West Chester/Downingtown, PA. I met her the next day at the farm and she told me prior to riding she put her ring in a small side pocket of her riding pants…the same pocket she keeps her phone in. While riding she took her phone in and out of her pocket several times….suggesting the ring probable fell out then. Alternatively, she thought maybe the ring fell out in stable following the ride while cleaning/grooming her horse…and the ring got shoveled up and out with all the hay and horse poop. When I first arrived I first scanned with my metal detector the 10 foot x 10 foot manure pile by the stable….I didn’t want to spend the hours scanning the riding ring if it might be right there in the poop pile…but nope…not there. Maddie then walked me out to the riding ring…the circular area was probably around 50 yards accross and she told me she pretty much criss-crossed the entire area on her ride. I decided to just start in middle and work outwards walking an a circular pattern with my metal detector…scanning outward and outward. 30 minutes into the search I received the beautiful surface gold ring signal I was hoping for….I looked down and there was this gorgeous white gold diamond ring!!! Maddie was standing 10 yards away looking down and slightly sad…I made a noise to get her attention and held up her ring!!! The visceral joyful relief on her face is what I live for!!! I was so happy to be able to reunite Maddie with her beautiful ring….I wish her the best in her life and her marriage!!!!

LOST GOLD RING IN APEX……. FOUND!!!!!!!!!

  • from Raleigh (North Carolina, United States)
Got a text from a buddy that his co-workers girlfriend lost a gold ring that she’s had since she was a girl. Her grandmother let her pick it out and she bought it for her.
She got home from work; it was almost dark, and she was throwing a dog toy around for her dog when she felt the ring slipping off as she threw the toy. She tried to stop in mid throwing motion.
I came out with the XP Deus II and covered the area. Took me about an hour and twenty mins to find because it was 5 inches from an aluminum pathway strip that went out to the fire pit.
After adjusting the DISC to eliminate the high tone. The gold ring was a 51/52!
Found and returned!

Pendant lost in Palm City found

  • from La Jolla (California, United States)

Tyler was playing ball at his schools soccer/football field when his necklace was snagged, broken, and his gold pendant fell into the turf. A search ensued, but, it wasn’t found. His mom Michelle talked with the groundskeeper who claimed to have a metal detector and would help them. This delayed a search for 3 weeks while the groundskeeper looked for his detector without success. Michelle then found TheRingFinders.com online and contacted me for help. We met early the next morning at the school and they escorted me to the proper field and probably loss location. I expected lots of misc junk on this decades old school, but, the field was pleasantly free of it for the most part. I started with a large coil to try and cover the fairly large search area more quickly. I’d use a smaller coil if necessary as the pendant was smaller than a dime and was probably not going to give much of a signal. There had been dozens of games played on that field since the loss, so, the pendant might have been stepped on and pushed down into the turf a bit, or, it could have even been spotted and picked up by someone. We kept our hopes up however, and after a half hour or so and a few junk targets acting like small gold, I got an even lower target I.D, number of 8 on my Equinox 900 that I was doubtful of, but, I decided early on I would check every target that was close to what I guessed would be the number. It wasn’t right on top of the ground, but, after peeling back a small trap door plug, Tyler’s pendant was staring up at me. I called them over to let them see and retrieve it. A happy Tyler had his precious pendant, given to him by his father, back again. A pleasure meeting you and thank you for the reward.
