White Gold Diamond Ring Recovered at Va Beach Today!

  • from Virginia Beach (Virginia, United States)

This was  a tough one! She put her ring on a towel for safe keeping and forgot! Her husband used towel to wipe his face and left the beach. Unfortunately it did not fall off where they were sitting. The ring did not leave the towel until further down the beach. I traced their walking path and found it!

Lost White Gold with Diamonds Wedding & Engagement Rings at Honu Lagoon Ko Olina Resort…FOUND!!!

  • from O‘ahu (Hawaii, United States)

This ring find began Friday, 26 July when I got a call from Katie from Bakersfield, California and was staying at the Ko Olina resort.  While enjoying the cool waters of the lagoon with family her white gold and diamonds wedding and engagement rings that were soldered together came off in about four feet of water and disappeared into the sand.  Since it was late afternoon I agreed to come back Saturday morning for the recovery.  When I arrived I started my grid search from the pictures Katie provided the night before.  After a thorough search and no ring Katie and I discussed following up Sunday with a scuba search since she was right at the slope that drops to 10 feet of water.  Sunday was very silty and the hunt again was unsuccessful as I couldn’t see my grid.  Katie was obviously sad and I told her don’t give up hope I just needed another chance on a calmer day and the use of my bright orange grid line.  That time came Tuesday so after work I headed to the lagoon for another scuba hunt.  It surely was calm with great visibility.  Thankfully there were very fee targets so I didn’t silt up the area.  Then in about 8 feet of water I got a booming #26 on the Manticore.  On the second wave of my hand over the target a beautiful ring exposed itself and the diamonds were sparkling in the afternoon sunlight.  Yes, finally!  I immediately showered off and went to my car to text Katie a pic as she had returned home to California.  Obviously she was ecstatic and as you can see it arrived a few days early and its back on her finger.  Much Aloha to Katie!

Lost Wallet Found… Vancouver, BC

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

Lost your ring, cell phone, car, keys or any sentimental items? Don’t wait till it’s too late! Contact Chris Turner, 778-838-3463, ASAP 24/7

Two weeks ago after the fireworks in Vancouver I found a wallet shortly after 2:30 AM on the ground behind my van. It had a lot of ID and credit cards, I knew this would be missed. I quickly put an ad on the craigslist lost & found and waited for the call. I got no call, so I went through the wallet and found what looked like his work number and reached out to let them know I found an employees wallet, and if they could message him and give him my contact info.

2 weeks later I was about to take the wallet to the Vancouver police to drop it off as I never heard from the person, strangely that morning I got the phone call from Conrad asking if I still had his wallet. We met and I gave him back his wallet, I asked him why it took so long to contact me? His answer was he only got the message yesterday that the wallet was found, so his work did not respond too quickly to my original message, but the end result he got his wallet back with a lot of his ID.

How to find a lost earring in the sand at Spanish Banks Beach

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

If you lost your ring/cell phone/keys or any sentimental items at the beach, park, lake or a yard… Don’t wait until it’s too late- Call ASAP 24/7  Chris 778-838-3463

I received a text message in regards to a lost earring at Spanish banks beach, I quickly called the young lady to discuss the search. I found out this was a very sentimental earring that was gifted to her by her friends in France when she left to Canada, five years ago. Most all jewellery I find has amazing beautiful stories attached to then and I get the opportunity to reconnect people with their lost items and help continue these stories.

We met at the beach and she showed me the area where she believe she had lost it the night before, I began my search and fortunately it wasn’t a very big area, but it was a very small earring and I didn’t have the other one to test so it was a matter of cleaning out the whole area changing detectors and using the sniper coil. 35 minutes later  I found her beautiful earring!

Lost and found huge gold wedding ring in Cloyne Ontario

My travels today took me to Cloyne area in Ontario. Received a phone call from Joan about her son Vince having dropped his huge white gold wedding band while swimming with the kids two days ago. The issue is that it was dropped at a rental cottage, about 30 feet away from the dock, where it is full of weeds and silt. The other issue is that the ring was sitting in about 6 to 7 feet of water. After sweeping most of the weeds away, with the detector, and removing all unwanted trash signals, I finally heard a very faint signal which turned out to be his ring. The ring had been pushed in deep into the silt. Four hours of searching which was well rewarded by Vince’s priceless reaction and that of his family as well. Great recovery. Life is good!

Emerald Isle, NC, Lost Wedding Band Found by Crystal Coast Ring Finders

  • from Emerald Isle (North Carolina, United States)

Bady had placed his wedding band in the beach chair before heading into the water.  I didn’t want to start an argument but, it seems either he or his wife folded up the chair and headed back the the beach house before realizing the ring was lost.  Bady’s father-in-law called me to request my service after getting a referral from a town official.  As I was on the phone gathering details, Bady’s wife was out searching for the ring and also was given my contact information from a person on the beach and she called too.  After I realized both numbers were from the same state outside of NC, I realized it may be about the same lost ring.  We had a laugh as I headed to their location and told them to rest assured I would indeed find the lost ring.  It wasn’t near any public parking area and not in an area other detectorist would visit on a regular basis.  After being fooled by a bottlecap, my 2nd loud signal was Bady’s lost ring.  It was very helpful they marked the area in the sand with a shovel and outlined the area they were sure it must be inside for me to find.  It was a good feeling and I enjoyed talking to Bady’s father-in-law upon our return.

Lost Ring in the Gulf – Pensacola Beach – FOUND!!!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

Late yesterday afternoon I got a call from Amanda. She was visiting from Wisconsin and had lost her platinum engagement ring out in the Gulf. They had looked for hours but weren’t able to find it and really wanted me to come before dark so they didn’t lose their spot on the beach.

My wife who is my good luck charm decided to come with me and we headed towards the beach.

When I got there, Amanda was with a big group of family. Some of them thought it was to the east and some to the west, some thought it was deeper and some shallower. Some had faith and some thought there was no way on earth I could find it. 😃 I love a challenge!

Amanda and a couple of family members came out with me and I got more information as I tried a few passes with no luck. I finally used a few of my tricks and changed areas based on what I heard from Amanda. Sure enough, I went just a little ways and to the astonishment of the family, I gently scooped up Amanda’s ring. 😃💍

Vacation saved!!!
