Lost my Ring 7 years ago in a pond while trying to fetch my kayak after the Bomb Cyclone hit in 2019. I went out on to what I thought was stable ice. Turned out it was not. Fell through shoulder deep. Went to grab for a tree branch that was sticking out. Got to shore and realized my ring was gone. There it stayed till 2026. I reached out to Rob to find a property pin. I told him the story of the two rings down at the pond. One day he showed up to find my ring. After 4 hours and 100s of pieces of bullets, fishing lures, lead and beer tabs he found it. Towards the shore. Thanks again Rob!!

It’s hard to put into words how thankful Kat and I are for Rob and his son Zech’s help. After exhausting every option and coming up empty, we were discouraged and close to giving up. Then Rob stepped in with a true act of generosity and heart that we’ll never forget.

From the start, Rob’s communication, professionalism, and calm confidence put us at ease. And when Zech found the ring, the pure joy and emotion he showed said everything about the kind of people they are—compassionate, skilled, and genuinely dedicated to helping others.

This is so incredible. Andrew .. such an amazing person and gifted artist. I know a lot of people who don’t think of “welders” that way. But he was gifted. & welding was not the only thing he was gifted in.

There is a huge hole in our small community and April was by his side through his final struggle. My heart went out to her when I saw her initial post about the lost ring. So I just thought it was totally amazing that someone actually does these types of searches!!

Reading this article just made me think of how much God is concerned about every single aspect, every single detail of our lives. It’s easy to say “thanks God” but is that enough? I believe He asks us to thank Him by living for Him. By realizing… a creator who cares about us enough to do this.

Which is nothing compared to what He did when He sent His Son. His story is one that draws us to faith that should cause us to a life change. We actually owe Him nothing less. This was an amazing story and God does deserve the glory.

My amazing wife Kim had lost her wedding ring several days ago, doing 8-10 hours of weeding and various yardwork at our place. Anyone who has been to our place knows what kind of an area she might have covered in that amount of time. Acres.

That was a one in a million chance for it to be found that fast. Unbelievable! Kim is so happy to have her ring back.
