I got a late text message in regards to a lost diamond ring in a park in North Vancouver. I called right away to get more information, we’ve decided to go out that evening at around 10;30 PM to take a look for her ring, knowing that the sooner we look the better our chances of finding it before someone else does.
After discussing the research at the park and hearing that she put the ring in the cupholder of her chair, picked up the chair and walked away. It was very evident that I would be searching exactly where she picked up her chair, even though she had looked for hours in that location with no success.
The other chance was the Ring may have made it all the way up the path to where she parked her car and that was 100 yards away.
My instincts were right and took me two minutes to find her beautiful diamond engagement ring hidden out of sight by the grass… I love my job!

This nice lady lost her beautiful wedding ring in the woods across the street from her home. But she wasn’t sure where. I searched using a detector with a small coil so I could check in weeds, brush and around trees. It took about an hour to find it in some weeds it fell into, out of sight, next to a pine tree. The detector was telling me right where it was but I couldn’t see it. It had fallen down to soil level in a tight clump of weeds. She couldn’t believe I found if. I wa happy too because it could have been anywhere. It was quite different from a beach search.
This young ladies ring fell in the sand when a table is was set on got bumped. It must have been a serious bump because it flew beyond where they thought it would be. After searching the area they thought it would be, I increased the search area and found it within inches outside of the original area. The lady was very thankful and I was glad I could make her day.
This young couple recently married was in Orange Beach Alabama vacationing with the family when her wedding slipped off her finger in the water. The Gulf was pretty calm that day making for a fairly easy search. After about an hour and a half the ring was recovered. I love it when the whole family is on the beach in anticipation of recover and clap and cheer when I pulled the ring out of the water.
Beautiful Men’s wedding band recovered from the Gulf at Orange Beach. It was in about waist deep water and the area was large. It took awhile but ended successful.
Found this ring while looking for another. Asked around and heard of a fellow who lost a ring about two week before. Was able to get his name and contact him for a return. He sent me a picture of his lost ring and that is indeed the one I found. Ring was mailed back to him. Some times we just get lucky.
