Lost White Gold wedding rings Moose Jaw Saskatchewan

I woke up at 7:00 in the morning to a 4am text from a young lady who asked if I could help her find her lost ring… She told me the ring fell off her finger and went over her raised deck. After reading her texts I had a gut feeling that this ring had been thrown.

After arriving to the location and meeting her and as she was describing the area where she thought the ring was lost she told me that she got mad and threw the ring at her husband. This happens more than you know, the only thing is not many people don’t want to talk about it …

She opened up and told me that she got mad and in the heat of the argument threw her ring at the glass table top beside her husband. She then turn and went it the house the husband told her the ring was missing and went to bed. Distraught she spent the night looking in the dark for it, and she found the ring finders and contacted me by a text.

The deck had a four foot wide hedge of bushes around it and most of it about five feet higher than deck rail. After a 5 hour search of the yard and thick brush area around the deck I didn’t find the ring and had to head to work, I told her I would return the next morning and search the tops of trees and bushes surrounding the deck after work. At about 8pm that same day she text me and said they found the ring stuck in the top of one bigger trees behind the table.

She thanked me for my time and support. I was just happy that she was able to find it.

Lost Platinum Wedding Band, Strathcona Athletic Park, Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Theresa emailed me last evening requesting my services to find her husband’s wedding band which he had lost while playing baseball at the park.

Her husband Everett  called me this morning and explained that he had lost the ring at the ball diamond and had spent a considerable amount of time looking for the ring with no luck so I agreed to meet him at the park within 45 minutes.

When I arrived Everett and Theresa were  busy looking for the ring. While setting up my equipment I gave Everett some marker flags and told him to place the flags where he thought the ring could possibly be.   Everett did a fantastic job in marking the field and it was a huge area to cover.

After about 1/2 hour I heard Theresa shout out  “I found it” and I looked up and there she was about 30 feet outside the marked area where Everett had placed the flags.  Just goes to show you never know where a ring can end up!  Fantastic job Theresa in finding Everett’s ring.

2 diamond and gold wedding  Rings lost South Beach ,Miami Beach Florida… found..

I got a call from a very distressed husband that his wife had lost her two wedding bands . He requested that I come to find it for her .I met her on the beach and she explained what happened . I searched for about 5 hours until dark and no luck . I came back the next day and expanded the search area. I started further south and took 5 passes until I ran into the rings and luckily they were both right next to each other. I was very happy that I could resolve the loss so quickly.

Sentimental Diamond Stud Earring Lost on Ocean Isle Beach NC, Found and Returned

  • from North Myrtle Beach (South Carolina, United States)

I got a call from Daniel early this morning, July 21st, saying his wife Ashley had lost a Diamond stud earring, and asked if I could help find it. He said that they had been walking from their rental across a wooden boardwalk leading, over the dunes, out to the beach. I haven’t had much luck finding small stud earrings, so I told him I didn’t think I’d be able to find it. After thinking about it for 30 minutes, I called him back and told him I’d give it a try but it wouldn’t be until about 10 pm that evening. I also told him to bring his wife’s matching earring so I could test it with my machines to see if one of them could detect it.

Shortly after 9 pm, and after having dinner with family members here for a family reunion, I grabbed my Gold Bug II, and my Equinox 800 and headed out. I called him en route and got his address. Shortly after arriving, we met up on the street and he led me to his rental house, where I met Ashley. She had the other earring so I laid it in the sand next to the driveway and turned on the Gold Bug, wham, I had a strong signal. Ashley lead the way out on the boardwalk stopping at the spot she said that she felt something hit her chest, then she heard it hit the wooden boardwalk. She reached up to her ear and didn’t feel the earring. The spot we were standing at was about 8 feet high above the sand dunes. I made my way out to the beach and came up on the other side of a neighbor’s access. It was a small search area and I was very careful not to damage or destroy any of the undergrowth in the search area. I got a good signal and started sifting the sand through my hand as I continued to check the area. When I hit hard ground I knew it wasn’t the earring. I took a few more steps and got a strong signal and again sifted the sand through my hand. At one point I saw the earring move as I grabbed some sand. I reached down through the sand until I felt the earring, I picked it up, blew the sand off, and held it up for Ashley to see and reach down for. After making my way back up to the boardwalk, I got a big smile and hug. She told me her mother had gotten those earrings for her, and later Daniel had bought her a matching necklace. She was very upset that she had a beautiful necklace and only one earring. Now she has both earrings back and both Ashley and Daniel are an extremely happy couple again, which is why I do this.

Ashley/Daniel – Thank you for trusting me to help find your lost treasure. Have a great rest of your vacation and a safe trip back home.

Annie had lost her platinum diamond wedding band while pushing her son one of the playground rides at a local park. She called me from her home in Santa Monica,CA. Which was only two blocks from the park. That would be an advantage because she could meet me at the location.

When I arrived Annie showed me the area where she felt the platinum ring slip from her finger. There was plenty of sand that could hide a ring. It shouldn’t have gone further than 15 feet but you never know.

I began the search using a detector set on a higher frequency because those  smaller rings with stones can be elusive. After about twenty minutes I found the ring probably 15 or 20 feet out from where she felt it leave her finger. She was actually standing on it while watching me grid search the location.

Again I got the reward of seeing a big smile and seeing how happy Annie was to get her precious symbol of her marriage. Her husband was responsible for finding TheRingFinders website and giving Annie my number to call.

I gave Annie some temporary plastic ring sizing spiral deals to help her to remember to get the ring sized.

How to find a lost ring in the sand, Spanish Banks Beach… Vancouver, BC.

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

Summer is warming up and more calls are coming in…This call was from a young man who said that his friend lost a large gold ring while throwing a foot ball. These searches are usually 100% successful because they know that the ring came off while throwing the ball.

I told them to relax and I will find the ring, it was almost  a 1 1/2 hour drive to get there, so I hit the road right away.

When I arrived and met the party I was introduced to the young man who lost what I found out was his wedding band, it was a huge one by the sounds of it. As I was getting ready to do the search and after asking my typical questions, I noticed there was a lot of eyes on me!  I knew the pressure was on! But not to worry as I also knew it was a matter of time before I find the ring. I knew I would find it as sand eats up gold, but the gold can’t hide from me and my detector!

30 seconds into the search I received a great signal on my detector and BINGO! I had his huge gold ring in my scoop. I loved the reaction of everyone on the beach as they cheered for the young man!

As always… I love the Smiles!

Wedding Band recovered in Ocean Grove NJ found by Dennis Burlingame

Got a call from Carl who while playing volleyball lost his wedding band of 20 years. I was only 10 minutes away from the beach and told him I’d be right there. Took me longer to find a parking space then the drive there. I met him on the beach at the volleyball court he was playing on and he showed me where he was when he felt his ring fly off hitting the ball. I walked back and forth the whole side of the court and couldn’t find it. Figured I’d check the other side as well incase it flew further then he thought and sure enough about 10 feet on the other side of the net I found his ring. Glad I was able to reunite him with his beloved wedding band. Great recovery.

Man’s White Gold Wedding Band Lost in North Myrtle Beach, Found and Returned

  • from North Myrtle Beach (South Carolina, United States)

I received a late night email from Kim saying that they were here on vacation with some friends and one of them, Tommy, had lost his wedding band. She asked if it was something I could possibly help with. I replied asking if he thinks he could put me in the right area and to give me a phone number and I’d call him this morning for the details. She wrote back saying she thought he could and gave me his number. I think she was emailing me while Tommy and his wife were searching for his ring in the dark.

I contacted Tommy at about 8:15 this morning, waking him up, and got the details and location. Told him I’d be there in about 20 minutes and was on my way. These were perfect conditions because it hadn’t gotten hot yet with a heat index over 100 and there shouldn’t be the big crowds to contend with.

When I arrived, I walked out on the beach and called him saying I was there. When we met, he was standing in an area of soft sand that was maybe 10ft X 10ft. He told me that he had handed his ring to his wife to hold while he put sun screen on himself and her. He wasn’t sure what happened after that, but at the end of the day, the ring couldn’t be found. I started a grid line and just as I started the 4th line, Boom, I got a solid 12 on the Equinox 800. I dug a small scoop of sand, checked the hole to make sure I had the ring, and dumped the sand. As I did, I saw the glistening of his white gold ring lying in the sand. I reached down, and picked it up with the scoop, shook the sand out, and walked over to where Tommy was standing. I stuck the scoop out for him to see his ring and then he reached in and plucked it out. Overjoyed was definitely an understatement in this case.

Kim, I didn’t get to meet you, but thank you for reaching out to me and putting me in touch with Tommy.

Tommy, thank you for trusting me to help find your lost treasure, and getting it back where it belongs. Have a great rest of your vacation.

Mercer Island lost class ring in Lake Washington

  • from Mercer Island (Washington, United States)

On a nice hot day in Seattle Joe went for a swim off his back yard dock into Lake Washington. As soon as he jumped into the water his dog followed. With one strong motion to tread water he noticed immediately his big gold University of Southern Carolina class ring went straight to the silty lake bottom below. Too deep, silty and milfoil everywhere he was devastated. So he made a Google search on how to find a lost ring in a lake and found the SeattleRingHunter. From this point forward the hunt was on. Watch the exciting conclusion to yet another lost ring recovery from Lake Washington, Mercer Island, WA.
