It was Labor Day and hot when I received the call from Blythe. She, her family and friends were at the beach trying to cool off. She took off her 3 diamond rings to apply sunscreen, and placed them on a piece of clothing. It was when the clothing was lifted that she remembered her rings, but it was too late, and they were lost in the expanse of sand. I let her know that I would leave immediately to help her, and I was on my way.
When I got to the beach parking was a bit tough because of the holiday, and I had to walk a bit of a distance. When I got on the sand Blythe found me, and took me over to the area of the loss. She explained what happened, and the search began. It took about 3 minutes, and all 3 rings were back on her finger. There was rejoicing all around, and some nice fellowship. I knew there would be sweet sleep this night. A wonderful Labor Day for sure!

Hello! I just wanted to send along a testimonial for the wonderful work Steve Smith did for me on Labor Day.
I was up in Malibu on Labor Day with my family and shortly upon arriving, I lost 3 rings, including my engagement ring and wedding band in the sand after removing them to apply sunblock. We frantically combed through the sand for 45 minutes to no avail. I the started to google metal detector help in Los Angeles, I was absolutely desperate. I discovered Steve and called him thinking what are the chances anyone will pick up on Labor Day! Well, Steve did! He told me he’d arrive in an hour as it would take some time to get up there from the South Bay. We created a perimeter where we thought they had dropped. Steve arrived a while later with his trusty metal detector and sifter and within 2 minutes, he found the rings! I couldn’t believe it. Tom called today, he told me he lost his wedding ring while at the beach at North Beach, (LBI) New Jersey. Tom said the ring was in his hand, and he fell asleep in the chair, when he woke up the ring was no where to be found. We arranged a meeting time, and discuss the details of the search. He asked me how likely I was to find his ring, and I told him 100% providing the ring is where he says it is. When I arrived we walked down to the location, and in less than three minutes the ring was in my scoop. Tom was amazed I was able to find it that fast. I told him that’s how it goes when the location is correct. .
