Lost Ring Returned Summerland BC

Heico and his wife were enjoying a day at the beach, when Heico took off his wedding ring, and placed it on the towel, to apply sun screen. Like all men our brain will only focus on one item at a time and the ring was forgotten. When leaving the beach Heico picked up the towel and realized he had no ring, they searched the location with no success. I responded early morning, and once he showed me the location, the ring was located quickly. Heico was amazed that it was exactly where they had searched, Heico was happy to have his wedding ring of 24 years returned.

Lost Gold Wedding Ring Found in Fowlerville Michigan

Going Out on a Limb…..

….wasn’t to reach the better fruit so to speak, but rather to trim some of the dead limbs off the tree. As it was getting dark John decided to reach out and cut one more then call it quits for the day. Back inside the house he realized his ring was missing. Was it lost near the tree? or somewhere else on the property as he was working on various projects? I quickly turned on my MXT metal detector and going out on my own limb I chose to grid search the area by the tree. Reaching out as far as I could with each sweep of the metal detector coil, I finally got a good signal. Using my pin-pointer I probed down into the grass and reaching thru I felt a piece of fruit in the form of a gold ring! John couldn’t believe that it was there and was super happy that going out on this limb produced great rewards!

Lost Gold Ring w/Gemstone Found in Farmington Hills Michigan

Been There…..Dug That…..

….Of all the volleyball court finds I have made, this one was the same, I grid searched the area with my MXT metal detector, got a good signal and there the ring was just a couple inches beneath the sand. What made it interesting was that Praveen’s wife took the children to the court just to sit and play in the sand…no volleyball, and as she got up to brush off the sand, her beautiful wedding ring flew off. Naturally worried as to where it went, he was thrilled, and relief came over his face knowing that the ring had just temporarily been hiding….Yep, and I really dug that!

Lost Engagement Ring FOUND in Essex, Maryland!

  • from Baltimore (Maryland, United States)
Contact:

I received a call from Teresa early this morning (5/30/2023) stating she lost her engagement ring close to her house. I offered to come out later in the week as I did not have my equipment with me nor was I home. She asked if there was any way possible that I could come out today. I could hear it in her voice she was frantic as she was concerned that where she lost it was a heavy foot traffic area and that someone else may find it. I was able to change up my schedule for the day and we met midafternoon. Teresa was very confident in the area that she lost it, so I immediately got to work. Due to the high amount of interference in the area, I needed to fine tune my equipment to eliminate false signals. Shortly thereafter, I was able to call Teresa over to show her what I found. She immediately started crying tears of joy! I’m glad I was able to return this ring to its thankful owner. If you find yourself in a situation like or similar to Teresa, please don’t hesitate to contact me! The quicker I get involved, the greater are the chances of a successful recovery!

Lost and found gold wedding band in Brighton Ontario

Received a text from Richard today about him having lost his gold wedding band in their backyard while doing some spring cleaning. The good news is that he saw the ring flying off his finger as he was moving a log. The bad news was that he mowed the tall grass in hope of better seeing the ring. Everything turn out fine as the ring was found in less than a minute. Another happy camper. Life is good.

Heirloom necklaces recovered on Mothers Day

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

Mary Ann lost her heirloom neckless on the day before Mothers Day. Her Mothers wore it every day for as long as
She could remember. Mary Ann had worn it everyday since her Mother passed about 10 years prior and promised it to her Daughter. Needless to say the emotional attachment for three generations made this recovery vital. It was lost somewhere outside of their new home while major landscape work was in progress, plants were being moved, an irrigation system being installed and everything around the house was constantly being moved to accommodate the construction. The neckless was made of very fine gold and petite. Anyone whose has used a metal detector knows how difficult finding a neckless like this is, especially if it lay stretched out. Mary Ann wasn’t sure where she lost it but afraid it could have been covered by soil excavated for the irrigation pipe. I started the search in the front yard and systematically moved to the back yard, where the soil was windrowed next to the pipe ditch. So far not a single gold signal. Next step was to spread the mounded soil in about a 1 inch layers so the detector could better find the small fine gold links. After about 30 minutes I got the faintest signal, spread the soil out very thin and found the neckless. Apparently a link had either worn through or was about to break and got caught on something. Mary Ann was overwhelmed with emotion when I returned her mothers heirloom neckless. Happy Mothers Day Mary Ann!

Metal Detecting Service – Lost Platinum Wedding Band – Found! Indiana, PA

  • from Indiana (Pennsylvania, United States)

Lost your ring, other valuable jewelry, cellphone, keys, or other metal object…call or text Brian Carpenter at (814)244-2300 as soon as possible. I am a ring recovery specialist serving Pittsburgh, Indiana (PA), and most of Western PA. Why rent a metal detector when you can get a trained operator with top of the line equipment at the same time…

I received a call from Steve that he had lost his platinum wedding band while gardening. Steve has said that he had rented a metal detector and looked diligently before calling me. In talking with him I determined that Steve lives 5 – 10 mins. away which up to this point has been unheard of.  It was getting late but I told Steve I would come over and take advantage of the remaining daylight and come back another day if needed. So I arrived at his house and he showed me his garden where he thought he lost it planting. I also learned while he was gardening that he was tossing weeds down the embankment. I gave a quick scan of the garden, pulled out a nail and hit on some other deep objects and the surrounding fence. It appeared that the fence might have to come down but before that I told him I wanted to check the hillside. I was walking along the surprisingly chirpy hillside when finally I found it! The ring was a short distance from the garden hiding in the grass and I am guessing slipped off when tossing some weeds. Steve was elated to have his ring back. He immediately notified his wife and both were so happy. As for me, I spent more time looking for the ring than I did driving there…felt good to have a home game and get a win too. It was great to return Steve’s ring to him and as always – it was a pleasure to meet another kind and generous person!

Lost Gold Earring Stud w/Diamonds found in Eastpointe Michigan

Wrestlefest……

….was not what Darriss was hoping for while visiting his mom on Mother’s Day, but after some hanging out with family, he and his sons walked out to get some gifts out of the car. Before getting to the car, they all started lightly pushing and shoving, eventually ending up with everyone on the ground rolling around on the grass. Once back in the house, someone noticed one of his earrings missing. Now it was dark and there was no way to search. We met today and I quickly started to grid search the grass area, splitting it into two halves. Finishing the right half produced nothing, so starting on the left half I was hoping that the earring would be there. Getting closer to the house I got a nice solid signal. Reaching thru the thick grass revealed his earring! A quick text to his phone saying I got his opponent pinned down on the mat had him running out of the house! Thrilled that the victory didn’t take too long, he was back on the road with his sons to celebrate the championship!

Lost Ring Navarre Beach – FOUND!!!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

It would be great if every Saturday morning could start out like this one. This one actually started out yesterday with a phone call from Mary from Ohio. Mary explained that their family had been coming to Navarre for decades but this trip had started out on a sour note. That morning her son-in-law was in the gulf throwing the football back and forth when suddenly he realized that his wedding ring was no longer on his hand. To make matters worse, Jason is left handed so when he threw the ball he could have flung the ring off just about anywhere. When Mary told me everything, I explained how I could help and she said that she would call me right back after she talked to her daughter Diana. I was already planning my trip when I got a text saying that they had decided not to look for the ring. I was shocked and asked why, Mary explained that both her husband and Jason felt like there was no way it would be possible to find the ring in that huge body of water and they didn’t want to get their hopes up. I thought to myself that I knew I could find it but I hoped that my words didn’t get in the way of God’s plans for this young couple. After a long conversation, my wife laughed and said that it was different that I was the one trying to convince the other person to let me find the ring. 😊 I must have said something right though because Mary asked me to come the next morning. I drove to Navarre this morning and got there at 7am.  I got to meet everyone and quizzed Jason about the ring and explained what I was going to do. I told him that he was officially allowed to be optimistic now and he gave me a sheepish grin. I waded out about waist deep in the water and started my search. I made a couple of passes and heard the telltale sound of gold. I saw Jason and Diana and Mary all watching me expectantly as I very gently scooped up the ring. I got a huge smile and started wading that way. Diana rushed down to the water’s edge and said that she didn’t even believe it yet. When I presented the scoop and she pulled Jason’s ring out she burst into tears. I asked Jason if he was optimistic yet and he told me that I was amazing. I’d say that’s a good turn of events for the day. I love helping people like this! 😃
