Shamal called late Wednesday requesting my service to locate his Tungsten wedding band which was lost on Tuesday while he was having a fall photo shoot with his wife in tall grass.

We both agreed to meet on Thursday evening at the park. Shamal put me within approximately 10 feet of where he said his ring fell off! The grass was about one foot tall and it was very hard to see anything on the ground. Shamal searched for a few hours but could not find his ring.

He Googled and found theringfinders web site and contacted me!  Within fifteen minutes I had Shamal’s ring back on his finger. Another happy client.

Thanks Shamal for contacting me.

Lost tungsten Wedding ring found in downtown Spokane WA

  • from Spokane (Washington, United States)

With the recent snow fall in my town, I knew that cold snow covered hands lose rings. So it was no surprise when Bryan and Cypress contacted me about Bryan’s wedding ring. It had snowed 3-4 inches yesterday.  Although at 8pm last night while it was still snowing,  I dawned my snow bibs and boots and head lamp and headed to a paid parking lot downtown. Bryan’s directions and pictures gave me a good idea of where he was parked. Which was great but there was also two big pickup trucks parked in the same area. That along with a few metal strips attached to the asphalt in the parking lot, I thought maybe his ring was under the trucks or too close to the metal to be found. However I kept swinging around, I  was in a paid parking lot and hadn’t paid. So when I saw the parking lot attendant walking around checking cars I knew I had better explain myself. He told me good luck finding it in the snow and went on about his work. Well I knew  better and watched him walk over to my car. Again I walked over too him and told him that was my car, he gave me a thumbs up and walked away. I, being a window cleaner and seeing how these parking lots work I knew I better make sure my car was not going to end up with a ticket. While I was walking around checking on the parking lot attendants whereabouts I was swinging my detector around the front of one of the big trucks. I have to say I was more focused on the attendant then Bryan’s ring. So I was surprised when my detector screamed at me and showed  a 30 vdi at 0 inches. I kicked the snow half hearted and the target moved. So I bent down and started moving the snow around. I saw the rim of the ring packed in snow and thought “Oh a quarter cool”, but this quarter had a hole in the middle, and had an owner it was Bryan’s ring. I called Bryan when I got to the parking lot and called him back with his ring in my hand. It took about 10 minutes to find his lost ring which is amazing given the fact it was night time, 28 degrees, and that parking lot had not been plowed yet.

I had just finished another search across town when Austin’s sister called me to ask if I was available. She had found me on line while her brother was searching the sand at Riviera Beach in San Clemente, CA.
He is visiting his family here and they spent the day at this local beach. He had put his tungsten wedding band in his shirt pocket leaving it on the sand when he went swimming. While he was swimming, his brother moved the shirt and the ring fell from the pocket into the sand.

They were not upset at the loss because it should have been easy to find it. Wrong!
After more than two hours Austin was losing confidence that he could find it. His sister told him I was available and let him call me for help.

I told Austin that my metal detector could easily find his ring if he marks the location so we could get close to the area of the loss.

We met on the beach an hour later and it only took a short time till we had his ring in the scoop. I have been using my XP Deus metal detector on these dry sand searches because it’s very fast and efficient. Austin was very happy and impressed with how well the metal detector worked to find the ring he had felt would be easy to find by hand searching.

…………………..

If you lose something in the dry sand, mark the area and get landmarks that will help you return to the general area. Call a metal detector expert from TheRingFinders ASAP. Some beaches get daily sand cleaning machines that may end up claiming your valuable before we have a chance to find it with a metal detector. Nate was playing Frisbee in a park near downtown Denver. He decided to tie his Tungsten Carbide ring to the draw string of his shorts. After one quick sprint to catch the Frisbee he felt for his ring and it was already gone. All of his friends spent some time searching for his ring with no success. Since I had found this ring for him a couple years before he knew to send me a text message. We made arrangements for me to meet him that evening to search for his ring. I arrived a few minutes early and began my search but I wasn’t quite in the proper area. Upon Nate’s arrival he showed me the location he was at when his ring went missing. After just a few minutes of searching, Nate had his ring back.

Azhar called me yesterday around 5:40 pm wondering if I would be able to help him find his lost wedding ring which he had lost the other day at The Garneau Beach Volleyball Club. He explained to me that he had rented a metal detector and spent all day looking with no luck.

I met Azhar at the court and he explained to me that this was the second wedding ring he had lost, The first was while he was fishing in the middle of a lake. I told him that if his ring was in the court I would find it for him.

Azhar showed me the Garrett Ace 250 he was using to search the sand court. I told him that unit should have picked his ring up with no problem in the hand of an experience operator which he said that’s why he called me. He also told me he found lots of stuff in the three inside courts which gave me a clue to start my hunt from the first court and work my way along the outside of the court perimeter. Within 30 minutes I received a good signal at the end of the court away from where Azhar had initially looked, and now the ring is back on his finger another happy client. Thank you Azhar for intrusting me and the Ringfinders to locate your lost ring.
