LOST WEDDING RING WAIKIKI FOUND!

  • from Waikīkī Beach (Hawaii, United States)

Mid morning I receive a phone call about a loss wedding band in Waikiki from Anjelica. I let Anjelica know that I will come out and help find the ring when I get a break from work. She expressed her gratitude and I gathered as much information as I could to narrow the search site. I then get a phone call from her husband Patrick who was the one who actually lost his wedding ring. We spoke and I gathered a lot more information and that was enough for me so I  decided to stop what I was doing at work and head out to meet up wit Patrick and Angelica. I gathered all my gear and headed to waikiki beach. I meet the couple on the beach and they both express their gratitude and let me know the area of where they believe the ring was lost. I started my grid outside of their area because there was surf and there was also a lot of current. During the search I dug a bunch of different targets that got everyone’s hopes up… including the local family on the beach who’s younger daughter decided to take it upon her shoulders and put on her goggles and help look for this precious ring. After 30 minutes and countless targets I get a familiar sound and I start to dig it with my XTREME scoop. I put on my mask and snorkel and deep in the back of the scoop there is a gold ring. I remember Anjelica telling me the ring is inscribed inside with her name and his. And low and behold … inside the wedding band is both their names! I picked my head up out of the water and noticed Anjelica is 10 feet away from me. I walk over to her and lean over and whisper “it’s a Cartier? And her eyes lit up like the beautiful sunset and with a loud shout she said “YES!”and gave me the biggest hug. I looked over at Patrick and gave him a thumbs up and the beach clapped and celebrated while we all knew what was loss is now found. Another great ending and beautiful day here in the islands. Anjelica and Patrick enjoy your time here in the islands… Aloha is Alive!

Lost wedding ring North Shore found

  • from Waikīkī Beach (Hawaii, United States)

This ring find started out with a phone call in the evening from Simon. He asked if I would be able to go to the North Shore and search for his platinum Cartier wedding ring which he lost while swimming. I gathered all the details concerning the time he lost it so I could verify the tides and also try to get as much information to put me in the right area for a recovery. It was getting late and I had to put the kids to sleep and knew if this was going to be a success I needed to head down early. So, Early the next morning I took a drive out to Sharks cove And gathered all my gear and hike down to the cove. I was greeted at the shoreline by a mother and daughter which they ask am I looking for anything and I replied yes a young men’s wedding ring. They both looked at each other and said are you able to find it? I replied I’m going to give it my best and they both smiled as we departed. The area to search was quite large but I decided to give it my best shot and search the deepest areas first as it was low tide. I found countless amounts of pulltabs and aluminum. After dodging a bunch of snorkelers I get this really good tone. I secure the target and dig with my extreme scoop and low and behold there in my scoop is Simon‘s platinum wedding ring. As I look up above the waterline I notice two swimmers swimming to me and those were the two that I met at the shoreline. As we gathered closer I was able to show them the wedding ring that was once lost is now found. They both underwater seen the ring in my hand as I held it out to them with a thumbs up… and they both screamed and stood up and said you found it! We all were excited and happy to know that there was a happy ending with this incident. The drive home was not least burdensome. I got to call Simon with the Good news and left him a message. Simon called me back and we were able to meet up at their hotel in Waikiki. The reunion of the ring to the owner was nothing short of a miracle and smiles that expressed gratitude. Well, I’m Happy to help recover this beautiful ring and Simon enjoy your time here in Hawaii.

Heirloom and engagement ring lost and found.

Received a phone call from a young lady last evening about having lost her engagement ring. This ring was very special as the diamond was a heirloom given to her fiancé, for him to have the ring especially made for her. She mentioned that she took her dog for a walk to the park and that she was also doing yard work in the back yard. The grass rack broke and she was picking up grass clippings with her hands. With that said, I was pretty sure the ring would be located in her yard. After 45 minutes of gridding the yard, I found the ring. It was so well disguised, in the grass, that there is no way anyone could of found it just by looking. I’m so happy I was able to reunite her with her beautiful ring. Her reaction in the video is priceless. All that ends well!!

I received a call around 3:30 pm yesterday from Dave telling me his wife Christy had lost her wedding ring. She had been doing finger painting with her kids in the back yard and  after she cleaned up realized her ring was missing. They had both looked in the grass and had no luck finding it.

Dave went on the internet to find a metal detector to rent and found The Ring Finders web site, so he contacted me. I told Dave I would be down around 4:30 pm and have the ring back on Christy’s finger.

Christy showed me where she was playing with the kids in the yard, had taken off her ring and set it on the table.  I checked in the grass around the table,  moved the table and chairs out of the way,  and about about 2 feet from the table,  I received a sweet tone,  pulled out my pin pointer and bingo,  there hidden in the grass was the ring.  Without the right tools in hand this ring would never have been found.

Another happy client.  Thank you Christy & Dave for entrusting me and The Ring finders to locate your lost ring.

Dawna  emailed me late last night asking if I would help find  her ring. When I called her this morning she told me that she had been doing yard work on Tuesday and that evening noticed her ring was missing from her finger.  Over the next few days she went out to try and find it but with no luck,  then thought that perhaps she had lost it in her bedroom and was unable to find it there either.

When I arrived around 8:30 this morning she showed me where in the yard her ring might be,  and said that she had also worked in her flower pots.  I checked a small area in her front yard, then moved to the back yard and did the same.  Her ring was in the last pot that  I checked in the back yard. My pin-pointer picked up a strong signal about three inched down. Another Happy Client. Thank you Dawna for e-mailing TheRingFinders.

I received a call this morning from Warren. Yesterday, he had lost his month old wedding ring in a farmer’s wheat field while working on a combine. When he was finished he removed his glove and noticed that his ring was gone. He and his coworkers looked around for it without success. When he returned to his hotel room he decided to do a Google search for a metal detector to rent and he came across The Ring Finders and found me. I agreed to meet Warren in Westlock and we drove to the location that he had lost his ring.  After one and a half hours of searching we found the ring in amongst the wheat stubble, as you can see in the picture Warren was one happy guy to have his ring back on his finger. Thanks Warren for intrusting me to find your lost ring.

Wow, talk about the old saying “Like trying to find a needle in a hay stack”. That’s the task I had today!
