Lost White Gold Ring Found In Davisburg Michigan

Got a call from Ann saying her ring slipped off while working in the yard. On site she showed me the area between a small garden and the back of the lot where debris was thrown. Turning on My MXT metal detector I grid searched the area. Off to the side of the yard close to the house the detector signaled good metal. A quick probe with the pin-pointer in the grass revealed this gorgeous custom design wedding band! Waving her over she reached down in total amazement and lifted the ring from the grass. We both agreed this was a great way to start off the summer!

Lost Diamond Engagement/Wedding Band Set-Trion GA…Found!

I was contacted by a couple this past weekend that had lost their engagement/wedding band set in their front yard.  They had looked for it for several days themselves using a metal detector, but he admitted he didn’t know how to use it.  Although he did manage to find one part of the ring, but not the other half.  The ground there was literally saturated with metallic trash so I knew the search could be difficult.  I was initially told the ring was silver, so I concentrated on the high tone that silver makes.  I like to hear all the tones as well to make sure I don’t accidently discriminate out a good target that is close to junk.  After searching a fairly small area for around 40 minutes, no ring, and I was running out of options.  That’s when their jeweler called back, (he had the other half of the ring), and said the ring was not silver, it was white gold, (I had asked them to check).  During my search I was ignoring the low tones that white gold makes since that is the same tone that foil makes.  So I searched the same area again, and in around 5 minutes I got a 12.02 on my CTX.  The ring was hiding in a bowl shaped depression totally covered under the grass.

Lost White Gold Charm w/Diamond Birthstone Found In Birmingham Michigan

….Patrick surprised his wife on one of their anniversaries with 4 birthstone charms for each of their children.

Wearing them proudly she eventually began to wear them as her regular jewelry. Although one child they fostered from infancy to young adult, they always felt that all 4 were theirs, especially more so now as the young adult went back to a biological family member. Feeling the loss, Patrick and his wife continued with their routine, including setting up the flower beds. While his wife was working the beds she felt her necklace snap and the birthstone charms disappeared. She was able to locate 3 of them but the one she couldn’t was the charm for the recently departed foster child. Feeling devastated on the loss of this particular charm and not being able to ever see or wear it again might make someone wonder if it was some sort of symbolic meaning. Upon arriving I thought it was quite an unusual event. Taking a read off another charm with my metal detector I set about searching the flower beds to no avail. Scanning over the white stones footpath I got a matching signal. Moving some stones out of the way revealed the missing charm! Patrick reached down to retrieve it and was totally in awe that it was found! Planning to surprise his wife with the news we were both happy that the forever family was reunited and the charms meanings will always remain an unbreakable bond close to her heart, never straying too far from the tree.

2 Lost White Gold Ladies Rings Found In Lapeer Michigan

Newly married and at a engagement party for their friends, Logan’s wife lost her rings. After a few days and borrowing a metal detector they had no luck in locating them. Meeting this morning we discussed the path she was on and even tho it was dark out, he thought he remembered the general area. The neighbors had opened their pool and she had been in it and travelled back towards the house. Starting at the pool I grid searched a wide path going towards the house with my MXT metal detector. A few deep iron targets sounded off but after a few minutes I got a nice signal close to the surface. Probing with my pin-pointer thru the thick grass I got a signal. Reaching thru the grass and clover revealed the larger of the 2 rings! Leaving the ring in place for reference, I searched thru the grass and clover and about 2 inches away was the thinner ring! Logan couldn’t believe that they were found after searching the same area with the borrowed metal detector. Totally thrilled we both agreed that this was a great thing, and that the party ended on a good note!

White Gold Wedding Ring Found in Acworth.Ga.

We got a call  from a nice young couple to recover an expensive white gold wedding ring today on a job about a hundred miles from us. We had to climb down a 30′ steep hill into a jungle of ivy and stickers. Three hours later we finally found it. I sweated off about 5 pounds in the process. Found with the Equinox 800 . We received a nice reward and they were thrilled to get their ring back and we were happy we could help them find it. 🙂

2 Lost Rings! -Gulf Shores, AL – FOUND!!!

This weekend my family stayed at our condo in Orange Beach. We were joking on the way over that Murphy’s Law would kick in and I would get a call for a ring return back towards home or even farther the other way. Fate was with us though when sure enough a young lady named Madison called on the second night from only a few miles away. She explained that she had lost her wedding band and her engagement ring earlier in the day.  I got some info and we made plans to meet the next morning. Madison had been on the beach with her family but she was missing her husband who was in Texas making plans with his brand new job. She took me and my wife Jeannie to the area and Madison had been honest that they had walked in about a quarter mile in the sand. She had left their tent as a marker the evening before but unfortunately it had been removed since you’re not allowed to leave it overnight. Luckily the beach service had left the umbrella in the sand so we were able to see where they had been the day before. Madison had taken off both of her rings and put them in the cup holder of her beach chair. When they got ready to leave her Mom picked up the chair and shook it to get the sand off and then put it on their rolling beach cart. When they got all the way back, Madison remembered the rings and pulled out the chair only to find that they were gone. I told her not to worry and that they were probably close to where she had been sitting. I was wrong. 😳 I completely searched the area making a grid pattern both ways and I was positive that they weren’t there. I ended up slowly tracking back the fading lines of the beach cart from the day before. When I got about halfway back, sure enough I got a gold tone and reached down with my scoop to remove some sand. I was able to see a rose gold band barely peeking out and quickly dug a little deeper to find her engagement ring right near the band. It was a really big area and I was so proud to find them both. Madison had already returned to the condo but it was awesome when my wife and I walked the rest of the way and were able to give the rings back to Madison in person. Congratulations Madison and I hope you and your husband take some of this luck with you to your new home in Texas. 🍀👍😃

High School Class Ring Lost in Chattanooga TN for 16 Years…Found

High School Ring Lost for 16 Years, Found!

I had a guy to contact me several months ago about a high school class ring he had lost in 2005.  He had since moved out of state up to Pennsylvania.  This weekend being Mother’s day he was in town visiting family and had obtained permission from the current homeowners to do a search in the yard.  So this has been several months in the making.  He thought it was white gold, but wasn’t certain.  I wasn’t sure what kind of signal I would get on my CTX, and I knew it would be several inches deep, so I was doomed to dig just about everything.  I started up towards the house and worked my way down to the street, drawing my grid lines.  I had been there about three hours and had dug a bag full of trash and modern coins.  It’s slow going when you have to dig nearly everything.  We had only about five feet of yard left before we got to the street when I got a signal that at first looked like trash.  The CTX didn’t give me a VDI number, (I think there was trash very nearby), but I did have a consistent tone and a small tight target identification picture on the screen.  Since it was consistent I dug it and out popped a ring that had been in the ground for 16 years.  It was 3-4 inches deep, a little deeper than I thought it might be.  Another happy ring owner!

Heirloom and engagement ring lost and found.

Received a phone call from a young lady last evening about having lost her engagement ring. This ring was very special as the diamond was a heirloom given to her fiancé, for him to have the ring especially made for her. She mentioned that she took her dog for a walk to the park and that she was also doing yard work in the back yard. The grass rack broke and she was picking up grass clippings with her hands. With that said, I was pretty sure the ring would be located in her yard. After 45 minutes of gridding the yard, I found the ring. It was so well disguised, in the grass, that there is no way anyone could of found it just by looking. I’m so happy I was able to reunite her with her beautiful ring. Her reaction in the video is priceless. All that ends well!!

It took a while but Finally!

Recover 5/1/2021 – I got a call about a lost diamond ring and after getting all the info I proceeded to the address. It ha actually been lost for 3 weeks which sometimes can be of concern. (someone found it, thrown by lawnmower, etc). Making matters worse it had the potential to be in some really tall prickly vines and grass. After 2 hours of searching I found it. So happy to see the ring back on this girls hand!

Gold wedding band found quickly in garden

Received a text that Logan had lost his wedding band while preparing his garden for the season. He lost it a few weeks before finding the The ringfinder service online. He told me he was delaying anymore work on the garden until I could search for his ring. We had to wait another week before our schedules aligned to search. He showed me the general area he lost it while throwing rocks from the garden. While he went to the house to get something, I began searching and found the ring in under five minutes. As he came back outside, I was approaching the house and handed him his ring. He was so excited that he found theringfinders.com and that I could return his ring. He is now completing his garden for the season.
