Wedding Band Recovered in North Raritan NJ

I recovered this wedding band once before. Got a call from Michael who I found his wedding band during the summer on Long Branch Beach asking if I could help him again. He was spending the morning in the Upper Raritan River trout fishing. While standing in waist deep water he clapped and shook his hands to try and dry them his ring flew off into the water. He tried to see if he could find it himself but the water was too muddy to see. He marked the area on the bank of the river and left. He called me and I told him i’d be happy to help but where he was, was a little over an hour away if he didn’t mind meeting me there in about an hour and a half. We met on the highway and I followed him to a little bridge, parked and from there we had to walk in the river about 100 yards to where he was fishing. We got to the marker he left and I went out to the middle and started detecting. I got 1 signal but that turned out to be trash. Then another and being a rocky bottom it took 6 tries to get it into my scoop and it turned out to be his ring. He was so glad I was able to find it for him.

A great ending to a nice Sunday afternoon hunt.

Lost Gold Earring Stud w/Diamonds found in Eastpointe Michigan

Wrestlefest……

….was not what Darriss was hoping for while visiting his mom on Mother’s Day, but after some hanging out with family, he and his sons walked out to get some gifts out of the car. Before getting to the car, they all started lightly pushing and shoving, eventually ending up with everyone on the ground rolling around on the grass. Once back in the house, someone noticed one of his earrings missing. Now it was dark and there was no way to search. We met today and I quickly started to grid search the grass area, splitting it into two halves. Finishing the right half produced nothing, so starting on the left half I was hoping that the earring would be there. Getting closer to the house I got a nice solid signal. Reaching thru the thick grass revealed his earring! A quick text to his phone saying I got his opponent pinned down on the mat had him running out of the house! Thrilled that the victory didn’t take too long, he was back on the road with his sons to celebrate the championship!

Lost Ring Navarre Beach – FOUND!!!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

It would be great if every Saturday morning could start out like this one. This one actually started out yesterday with a phone call from Mary from Ohio. Mary explained that their family had been coming to Navarre for decades but this trip had started out on a sour note. That morning her son-in-law was in the gulf throwing the football back and forth when suddenly he realized that his wedding ring was no longer on his hand. To make matters worse, Jason is left handed so when he threw the ball he could have flung the ring off just about anywhere. When Mary told me everything, I explained how I could help and she said that she would call me right back after she talked to her daughter Diana. I was already planning my trip when I got a text saying that they had decided not to look for the ring. I was shocked and asked why, Mary explained that both her husband and Jason felt like there was no way it would be possible to find the ring in that huge body of water and they didn’t want to get their hopes up. I thought to myself that I knew I could find it but I hoped that my words didn’t get in the way of God’s plans for this young couple. After a long conversation, my wife laughed and said that it was different that I was the one trying to convince the other person to let me find the ring. 😊 I must have said something right though because Mary asked me to come the next morning. I drove to Navarre this morning and got there at 7am.  I got to meet everyone and quizzed Jason about the ring and explained what I was going to do. I told him that he was officially allowed to be optimistic now and he gave me a sheepish grin. I waded out about waist deep in the water and started my search. I made a couple of passes and heard the telltale sound of gold. I saw Jason and Diana and Mary all watching me expectantly as I very gently scooped up the ring. I got a huge smile and started wading that way. Diana rushed down to the water’s edge and said that she didn’t even believe it yet. When I presented the scoop and she pulled Jason’s ring out she burst into tears. I asked Jason if he was optimistic yet and he told me that I was amazing. I’d say that’s a good turn of events for the day. I love helping people like this! 😃

I received a phone call that Bill had lost his wedding ring while working in his backyard. I could not go out immediately but made arrangements to go and search for the ring. Upon my arrival Bill explained that he lost his ring while doing yard work and was cleaning grass out from the deck of the lawn mower when his ring flew off. The search area was pretty standard, rear portion of the yard bordering some high grass and weeds. I got started and on my third pass in the search area I struck gold! Bill was working on his back porch when I shouted for him to come down. Bill was very excited and happy to have his ring back. I was glad to be able to help and as always it was great to meet another kind and generous person and return his lost ring.

Saving Mother’s Day – 2 rings FOUND!!!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

I got a call from Alan this past Sunday that started out with “we need you to save Mother’s Day.”  Needless to say he had my attention. It turns out that Alan and his family had taken his Mother to the beach to celebrate the day and had a wonderful time until it was time to go. Alan’s mom had wisely taken off both of her rings and put them in the small zippered compartment on her beach chair. When it came time to put them back on, something had happened. These are beautiful rings. One was a present for a previous Mother’s Day and the other had been an anniversary present. These rings were honoring her as a Mom and it just wouldn’t be right to lose them on that day. Alan and his Mom called and explained what happened and where they thought the rings were and I asked my wife if it was ok to go. She has a soft spot for anything to do with rings for marriage and family so not only did she say yes but she joined me on the trip. I always say that Jeannie is my lucky charm on these hunts. She has a great track record. When we got to Orange Beach and met Alan the first thing you notice is that he is really tall. He is a basketball player and makes me feel short. 😃. The second thing that you quickly find out is that Alan has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met while doing this. He showed me where they were and we made our way over. I was just about to introduce myself to the family next to us and apologize for being so close when she said “I recognize you from Facebook and the Ringfinders.”  That made me smile and I took it as a good sign. I started gridding out the area and Alan stayed right with me. He wanted to know all about the machine and how it worked, he asked about the coolest things I’d found while diving and we talked about what it looked like for him to go to Europe to continue his basketball career. He also uses his degree to help people write books and gave me the nicest compliment when he suggested that I should take my stories and write one myself. Meanwhile my wife had an idea and asked Alan if he had any pictures from earlier. He handed her his phone and it wasn’t long until Jeannie found a selfie and triangulated where she thought the chair was. Being a wise man and always listening to my wife, I walked over to the spot she was standing and immediately heard a gold tone. I scooped it up and held it out to Alan and as he started to freak out on the first ring, I could already hear the second one in the sand. When I got it out, Alan was already FaceTiming his Momma. When she saw them she was absolutely beside herself and I came over to wave hello. She was crying happy tears and Alan was ecstatic. Jeannie came over to wave hi and Alan said sorry, she ran off for just a second. When Jeannie looked puzzled, Alan said that she was so happy that she had to run around the house and take a victory lap. Haha, now that is the reaction I want every time!  Alan, it was an absolute pleasure to spend some time with you and I am so glad we got to “Save Mother’s Day!”  ❤️😃 God Bless!

P.S.- my favorite picture is the one he is FaceTimeing his Mom in. 😃

Lost a special ring or other sentimental piece of jewelry, cellphone, keys or other metal object? Call or Text Mike McInroe–ASAP at 321-363-6029!

John Jr. called me from Flagler Beach on Mothers Day to ask for my help! You see, his wife had wrapped her engagement ring in her shirt and left it on the beach towel as they swam and enjoyed the Florida sun, sand and ocean water. (This was their last day in Florida and they needed to return their rental car and catch a plane to Chicago later on in the day.). So when the time came to pack everything up they grabbed the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers and their items of clothing like T-shirts, sandals and a certain shirt all neatly rolled up! Unfortunately they forgot that John’s wife’s engagement ring was tucked away inside and when they shook the sand out of the shirt, the ring went flying into the soft coquina sand! They frantically searched for some time by dragging their fingers through the sand hoping to catch a glimpse of the platinum ring and someone suggested looking online for some help and that is what led John Jr to give me a call. Here is what John’s father wrote…”I am so grateful for Mike McInroe and for his services today. He traveled more than 80 miles on Mothers Day to locate a precious engagement ring that my son and daughter in law misplaced in the sand at Flagler Beach. He quickly located the ring that we had desperately searched for, for over an hour. Mike is a master at his craft and is a true man of integrity. Thanks again Mike! John Davis”

How I thank God for allowing me the amazing opportunity and privilege to help John and many others like him!

Lost Diamond Gold Ring Found After Being Lost for 2 Years in Ogden, Utah

I received a call from Lou regarding his lost ring in Ogden Utah. He explained that he had been working in the yard and at some point the ring came off his finger. They tried searching through the weeds he was pulling and even got a metal detector to help with the search. It was a gold ring with 3 diamonds through the middle and he referred to it as his “old friend” since it had been with him for 23 years. He also told me that he had lost it two years ago and was looking to replace it but wanted to give it one last attempt.

When I arrived at his house, he showed me the area he had been pulling weeds and since it was along the side of the house, I knew there would be a fair amount of interference. I used my smaller coil and started to grid off the area. After a couple pieces of trash, I got a very clean signal close to the surface about 6 feet from where Lou was working. I brushed some dirt back and sure enough, it was his ring! The search took about 15 minutes. After 2 years of being lost, Lou has is “old friend” back!!! So happy Lou gave me a call.

Lost your ring, or other valuable jewelry, cell phone, keys or other metal object…call or text Mike McInroe at 321-363-6029 ASAP! I am a ring recovery specialist serving all of central Florida and beyond!

I was called to help Will and Rachel look for their lost diamond engagement ring and they described to me that it went flying across the yard and was nowhere to be found! (Every search for rings is completely different and this one was no exception!). Will told me that he had even bought himself a cheap metal detector and spent a few frustrating hours trying to figure out how to operate the machine. Later that evening they decided to go online and search for someone to help them and they discovered theringfinders.com website. He read some of my stories and decided to give me a call and that led to meeting up the next day at their home. On this occasion I decided to invite my dear wife, of 42 years, to go along and she agreed to accompany me! Will and Rachel were very pleasant, friendly and super thankful to have more help in their desperate search and after a few minutes I began my systematic grid search of the front yard. I spent over an hour covering the whole front lawn, the flower beds, the neighbors yard and even out into the street….and no ring! It was there somewhere but I just could not seem to find it. I mentioned to my dear wife to take Rachel and look over the street really good and then to check the other side of the road as well. A few minutes later we heard Rachel let out a scream, “I found It!”! And sure enough there it was on the edge of the street laying plainly in the open so anyone could see it…waiting for Rachel to come along and pick it up! How I thank God for allowing us to be a help and encouragement to Will and Rachel and to see them smiling and happy once again!

Call or text me ASAP and lets talk about how I can help you!

San Diego Ring finding metal detector service helped save the day

  • from Carlsbad (California, United States)

The Ring Finders Metal detecting service helped find a lost gold wedding band ring at Moonlight beach Encinitas,California. Call Curtis Cox 760 889

Recently I received a referral to find a lost Gold wedding band at the beach from a local Ring Finder John Hughes who was originally called and referred from the Lifeguards.

The couple contacted me on a Sunny Sunday may 7th with just a few questions & concerns,,I jumped in my vehicle arriving around 30 min.  They spotted me walking down so we began to go over the story showing an area where it might be lost amongst the crowded beach goers…I turned on the metal detector and dug a dime,Nickel & Called them over when I received a particular signal similar to gold yet better than a nickel,,So I used my hand as a scoop to remove that signal from the sand while holding just my hand open when nothing happened….Once I blew the sand off my palm is then when Ty’s Precious gold ring magically appeared. :):):).  To my astonishment I was also blown away as the beach goers all around roared with cheers clapping as they watched this unfold…

This search took less than a minute to find it..But really it just takes one phone call to Curtis Cox 760 889 2751  ((The San Diego metal detector service.)) Member of TheRingFinders.Com

Carats for the horses!!

  • from Kilgore (Texas, United States)

Today I received a message from Tommy saying that they lost a wedding ring. I call him and he said they were throwing carrots to the horses and all of her rings flew off. We chatted a bit more and I decided to head right over. When I arrived Tommy and his fur babies greeted me. Tommy then walked me over to the pasture and showed me the grid. He mentioned they already found two of the three ring. I looked at the decent sized area and started swinging. I looked through the whole area to no avail. I started to look again, just in a different direction. I didn’t even go five feet, when I heard that sweet sound. I looked down and saw something shiny. At first I thought it was a play ring. I said, “is this it?”. His eyes got so big as he said YES! At that point I didn’t know who was smiling harder. This was my first ring found with The Ring Finders and hope there are many more to come.
