Lost Platinum Diamond Ring in Chattanooga Tennessee…Found

  • from Chattanooga (Tennessee, United States)

Conner contacted me late Sunday afternoon, on October 28th, around 5:00 PM.  The ring was actually platinum, my first one, so I wasn’t certain what it would read on the CTX.  It gave me a solid 12-03, in the high-trash mode, very similar to white gold. I have attached a couple photos of the happy lady.

Testimonial:

“After a heavy rain, the night before, my fiancée and I were getting one of our cars unstuck in the yard. Little did we expect her engagement ring would go flying off her finger into the grass. We both quickly went into a panic as this is a family diamond passed on for generations. We tried everything to find the ring from crawling for hours to borrowing our neighbor’s metal detector. After six hours we were running out of daylight. I got online and found Ed Hart! He understood how important it was and drove over immediately to help find it. Within three minutes he had found her RING! We can not thank Ed enough. It is hard to find such wonderful people like him! Thanks again Ed you a lifesaver! ”

Today Derek wrote, “My wedding ring slipped off my finger in my friends backyard. 15 people were on their hands and knees but couldn’t find it in the grass. I called Mike up and he was super friendly and confident he could find my ring. He showed up on time and was just as nice as on the phone. We talked a bit and then he went about searching. He used flags to create a grid and methodically scanned the yard. After about an hour of searching he called me over. My wedding band was pushed into the dirt and I never would have found it. He saved me time and got me out of the doghouse with my wife! Thanks Mike! Derek”
Derek thought about renting a metal detector and as he typed “Metal Detector Rental” into his phone he was directed to theringfinders.com web site and one of the many successful search stories.

Lost wedding ring in the springs, Longwood, Florida…..Found and Returned!

Elizabeth wrote “My husband and I were snorkeling in a crystal clear spring, when my husband decided to swim down deep to check out a small cave looking space. While he was coming back up to get air, he pushed off a rock and his wedding ring slipped right off his finger. Panic mode took full force! After several hours of searching for the ring, we thought the ring was gone forever. And by the time you swam to the bottom (at least 15 feet) you had only seconds to search due to the limited air. The ring meant allot to us and it was very hard to accept the fact that it was gone.
That night I googled “ring finders” and found theringfinders.com. I searched our location and Mike’s profile popped up. We had nothing to loose and thought it was a long shot but I emailed him anyways. Mike was very fast with his response. Mike and his wife, Rachelle, took the time to drive to the spring on a Sunday so we could show him the exact spot it happened, before we headed back home to Sarasota. Mike was able to work with my grandpa and my dad on coordinating a time to retrieve the ring due to the locked and gated community. Two days later, my dad was able to capture the moments of retrieval on video and keep me updated while I was at work. Mike found the ring in a matter of minutes! I was extremely impressed with Mike’s work ethic, communication skills, his passion to help others and his love for God! Words cannot express how thankful my husband and I are. The ring was irreplaceable and Mike was the answer to our prayers. We will forever cherish this memory–and remember, if you lost something, MIKE will find it!!”
It was truly my privilege and a real pleasure helping Elizabeth and her dear family! How can I help you? Call, text or email me anytime day or night!

A couple months ago, Rick came into our family feedstore, I had showed him an ad about The Ring Finders, that I had placed in a free publication and weekly buy and sell paper.  He told me, he lost his ring in his back yard 2 years ago, while playing football with his son. He had spent many hours looking for it, he even pulled all the grass, where it dropped. At the time, there was about 3 feet of snow on the north side of his house, and we agreed to search in spring.  I arrived at Ricks place, after work, he had just got off work as well.  He showed me the location, as well, I asked him many questions.  I was a little concerned when told me how many times he had cut his lawn, but I had to try and search.  Rick was very interested in the Garrett AT Gold, and asked all kinds of questions about the tones, and how did I know weather it was a nail, or ring etc.  Soon I got a hi tone, and an 81,  Rick asks, is that the ring!  I said, no, it’s a penny, and I can not leave a penny in the ground.  After searching for 1hour and 45 minutes, I got a nice mid tone at 60. 1 and 1/2 inch down was his wedding band.  Rick had given up hope of ever finding his ring, he didn’t have much hope of me finding it, esp when there was no signal, where he thought he lost it.  Rick, and his wife were very happy.

On Wednesday evening Feb 7th, 2018, I was feeding 3 of the horses in barn, I threw some hay in stall for them, watered them and then went in house. Next morning I had realized I was not wearing my wedding set!!! This was a new wedding set my husband had saved money to buy me for our 25th Anniversary just 10 months ago. I went to barn and one of the girls had already cleaned out all the stalls and threw the manure in field where it had been trampled over by least 4 other horses and had been raining for 4 days straight, it looked hopeless to say the least. I spent all that day in rain knee deep in manure and mud with small detector hunting for ring, the horses had been moved from barn to horse arena, so now it could been stepped on and in arena maybe, I spent next day for 7 hours in arena and nothing, I went back to barn opened stall doors and under door was the diamond wedding band but No solitaire diamond .

I found Ed Hart on line through www.theRingFinders.com and he is about two hours away, he gladly said he would be up next day. Saturday morning feb 11th 2018 Ed was right on time. He started in each stall and some of the manure in barn a hour into searching the rain started pouring again, he put on rain gear and we started outside the barn where girls had thrown manure from that Thursday, when stepping into the field area your boots would get stuck instantly was about 8 inch deep from all rain and mud. I had a area marked for him to search and he hit on something and started to dig then another hit, my husband started digging for him because mud was so bad you would get stuck in it, all the sudden where the hit was and my husband said I GOT IT! I gave ED great big hug, it would have never been found without Ed Hart and www.theRingFinders.com .  Thank You again ED you are the best!

Lost ring along road, Sanford, Florida….Found!

Brandon had just recently bought himself a really nice, shiny cobalt ring and was still getting used to wearing it. He and his girl friend were out driving around and as his custom was, he would hang his hand out of the car window. Normally that is not much of a problem but on this night he was in the passengers seat and he was wearing his new ring on his right hand. As they were driving along he had his hand sticking out of the window and he sort of liked the feel of his new ring. It was so smooth and had that heavy feel of a quality ring and before he knew it the ring came off of his finger and dropped into the darkness. His girl friend had the presence of mind to immediately pull off the road. Even though it was dark Brandon could faintly see about where they were when the ring came off of his finger. So they decided to stop and try looking for his lost ring. The long grass and the darkness made their search seem futile, so they figured they would come back and try again in the morning.
That evening they found theringfinders.com website and decided to give me a call the next day. I was able to meet Brandon and his girlfriend at 8:30 the next morning and they explained what happened. The ring had to be there and we just needed to find it. Thankfully the mowers had just finished mowing the whole grassy area where we would be looking and I set out swinging my trusty Whites DFX. As Brandon and his friend anxiously watched me check every signal, Brandon decided to help out and started looking ahead on his own and after a few minutes, Brandon hollers, “I found it!” So another happy ending and the beginning of another great day!

Lost wedding ring, Flagler Beach, Florida…..Found!

  • from Sanford (Florida, United States)

Tiger gave me a call after loosing his wedding ring in the sand at the beach. He could hardly believe that his ring just fell off of his finger so easy like! It all happened the day before as he and a friend were throwing the football just along the waters edge. As he went to catch the football, apparently the point of the ball hit him right on his ring finger and the impact knocked his ring right off into the sand. It all happened so fast that he did not see the exact direction his ring went flying, but he had the presence of mind to stop and take note of a few land marks. (That quick thinking would be a huge help to him in the end.) He searched the area as best as he could and even contemplated renting a metal detector but as he typed into Google…Flagler Beach metal detector rental…up came one of theringfinders stories about a recent successful lost ring search. So Tiger figured what better way to go, then to hire someone who has the equipment and experience to help him find his lost ring. Two hours later we met on the beach and Tiger showed me the small area where he was standing when he lost his wedding ring. I set out four corner flags and searched the small area anxiously awaiting that sweet, familiar signal. My first signal was a crusty penny and that got Tiger and his wife’s hearts racing! Nothing else showed up in the marked off area so I made a pass around the outside and there in the wet sand, with the water washing over my scoop, was Tiger’s lost ring. I quietly thanked God for helping me find their precious ring and could not help but smile to see the joy and happiness on their faces. Thanks Tiger for the generous reward and for giving me the opportunity to help you in your time of need. Lost your ring? Call, text or e-mail me ASAP!

Wedding Ring Lost at Park in Playa Del Rey…Found and Shipped Back to Utah

  • from Redondo Beach (California, United States)

Last Friday night I just happened to be looking at Craigslist when I noticed a post that was talking about a wedding ring lost not too far from where I live. The post said that the gentleman was leaving on a plane to go home, and could not go back and search for the ring, I also noticed that it had been recently posted, so I decided to get in touch with him to let him know I would try to help. I will let Nate’s testimonial about the loss and recovery tell the rest of the story.

Nate’s story:

I was skeptical that anyone could find my ring, but Steve is amazing and really came through for me!

So, on the last day of our recent vacation, while on a shuttle to LAX to fly back home, I realized my wedding ring was no longer on my finger. I was devastated and figured the ring I’d worn 18 years was gone forever. I wasn’t even sure where it had fallen off. I contacted the theme park and car rental agency without any luck. The next night, in a desperate “what do I have to lose” attempt, I searched the internet for help. I hesitantly placed a Craiglist ad in the “lost and found” section with a Google maps screen shot and address of the beach area we went to before flying back home. I offered a reward as incentive so if someone found it they might consider returning it to me instead pawning it. I was texted right away by a guy named “Steve” who was a member of “TheRingFinders.com” I figured he was probably a scammer. He called and left me a voicemail too – so I verified the website, and his phone number area code, which actually was from California. I called him back (Friday at 9:00pm) and I provided him some more details about where I thought I may have lost my ring near the beach. He was nice and sounded legit on the phone, and didn’t ask for any money from me. Steve went out right away, and within an hour (Friday at 9:52pm), he had recovered my ring and texted me a picture that looked like my ring. I was shocked and beyond happy! Ang and I couldn’t believe it – and so I asked him to provide a clearer picture of the front of the ring (the first was taken with a flash in the dark area where he found it). He sent a clear picture when he got home and it was definitely my ring! We arranged shipment, and a few days later, it is back on my finger as I type this message! I’m so grateful for Steve’s help. He is the real deal! So, if you ever lose a ring (or keys, or phone, etc) and need help – even from out of state – theringfinders.com might be a good place to turn for help (rather than hoping some honest person might see your ad on Craigslist like I did – I got lucky!)….. and if you lose something at the beach near LAX, call up my new found friend Steve – he is amazing!

If you lose your ring or other metal item of value, call as soon as possible. I will work hard, using the most up to date metal detectors, to help you find what you thought might never be found again. I search,  Beverly Hills, Hermosa Beach, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Newport Beach, Northridge, Pasadena, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, Seal Beach, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Torrance, Venice Beach, and all parks, yards, gardens, and ponds (to 5 foot depths) in all of Orange County, all of Los Angeles County, and Ventura County.

Lost Man’s Gold Ring Chattanooga Tennessee…Found

  • from Chattanooga (Tennessee, United States)

This gentleman called me after raking leaves in his backyard and said he had lost his ring somewhere in the yard.  I asked him what he did with the leaves, and he said they were all bagged and waiting for pickup.  I told him to hang onto the bags and don’t put them out for curbside pickup yet.  His yard was fairly small and I quickly determined the ring was not in the yard.  That’s when we began searching the bags, and there were around 16-18 bags of leaves.  The first 12 bags were a strikeout, but then I got a 12.19 on my CTX.  We cut the bag open and located his ring.

Hi. I recently joined The Ring Finders service and am very excited to start helping people find their lost jewelry. I can also help you look for just about anything important or valuable with metal in it, such as keys, property markers, water supply shutoffs, tools, etc. Don’t forget, the sooner we start looking, the higher the chance for our success! Mother Nature and possibly someone else could get to it before we do. On the other hand, I have found rings that were lost decades ago, too. They were down in the ground several inches, packed with dirt, but cleaned up beautifully. So, don’t give up!

Please see my listing in the Vermont section of the above directory, for more information and to contact me.

Thank you,  Mike
