While walking his dog, Arlo took off his ring and put it in his pocket for safekeeping. When his dog suddenly ran after a deer, he chased it through the hay field. After he caught the dog, Arlo realized his ring was missing. He called and told me and explained what happened and that the ring was one of the few things he’d inherited from his recently deceased mother.

After a 90-minute drive, I met with Arlo, and he showed me exactly where he traveled through the field. Using my feet to crush down the vegetation, and laying out my rope grid, I began to search for the ring.

Kevin was swimming twenty-five feet away from his dock when his gold and platinum ring slipped off.

After packing all our equipment and a 90-minute drive, my divemaster and I arrived at the lake. Although Kevin had a good idea of where he lost the ring, it’s always more difficult without close landmarks.

Gold bracelet found in front yard with metal detector

I received a call to search for a child’s gold bracelet. It was lost in the neighbors front yard which had fairly thick grass. The search took longer than I would have liked but I didn’t give up. The bracelet was balled up and hiding amongst pieces of foil.

It was a sunny Friday afternoon in North Wildwood, NJ when Dana’s beach day took an unexpected turn. What started as a fun and relaxing time with friends quickly became a moment of panic and heartbreak all over one small, but very meaningful item: her gold high school class ring.
