While metal detecting on the beach I was approached by two beautiful young ladies who asked if I could help them find a lost necklace in the dry sand. Apparently Jenna had removed her chain and wrapped it in the corner of her towel and then after a short swim she grabbed her towel to dry off and totally forgot about her necklace. The soft sand swallowed up her chain and she exclaimed..”Now what?” And a short time later she spotted me walking along swinging my metal detector and had the courage to ask me for some help…and I am always ready and willing to help people find their lost items. It only took a few minutes to get a good solid signal and the young ladies were all smiles!

We searched everywhere in the car but it had simply vanished. Enter Mike McInroe! A living, breathing Angel! He searched in the car and under my passenger car seat for over two hours: never loosing patience, hope or faith in himself. Edgewater Florida Lost gold heirloom ring found by Florida Ring Finder Mike McInroe!

Over 160 years ago Mrs Kelly’s great great grandmother was given a very special thick banded gold wedding ring and for all these years it has been in the family and passed down from one generation to another and Mrs Kelly has been planning on passing it down to her children. Mrs Kelly absolutely loves working in her yard planting flowers and tropical plants of all kinds and a couple of weeks ago she realized her gold heirloom ring was missing from her finger. She normally wears her ring all the time but she recently noticed that it was a little loose fitting and thought of getting it resized. Her dear husband came to the rescue and tried his best to find her lost ring…even going so far as to buy a metal detector and even hired a couple of his workers to do a thorough search of the yard. All the while Mrs Kelly was very upset and troubled that her lost ring could not be found. Then one day a plumber friend suggested getting a professional metal detectorist and that led them to theringfinders.com. After meeting Mr Graig and seeing their back yard I realized that I was in for a tough challenge. I began systematically searching the grass, the bushes, the stones and around each bush beginning from the side and making my way towards the back. As I reached the middle of the back yard I was swinging my coil along a small wall of bricks and my detector gave a small chirp and as I peered over the edge I could just make out a small circle on the mulch. Bending closer I could see that it was Mrs Kelly’s lost ring just lying there waiting to be found. And Oh…was Mr Craig surprised that I actually found his wife’s lost gold heirloom ring!

I always want to give God the credit for helping me find a lost item and for leading me to those particular individuals who need my special and unique service! How can I help you? Call or text me ASAP and let’s talk!

Albert and his girl friend were finishing eating some fast food and as they were heading back to their hotel for the night Albert decided to throw a small piece of trash out of the sun roof and as he let fly the trash object he felt his heavy gold and diamond ring fly off of his finger as well and a slight click was heard. Immediately he pulled his truck to the side of the road and they began scanning the grass and roadside with the lights on their phones! It was 2:30am and after an hour or so of desperate searching they became very frustrated and upset…especially Albert because this was a very special and expensive ring. They called me the next day and I met them at the location and I searched high and low but could not locate his lost ring. I asked Albert if he had searched inside his truck and he assured me that he had. After an hour and a half I mentioned again that there was a good possibility that his ring could have fallen inside his truck somewhere. Albert had searched the inside but only quickly the night before and so another search was done in the daylight and to his great surprise there it was tucked down in a corner safe and sound! Albert was thrilled and so happy to have his lost ring back once again and was all smiles!

How to find lost rings in the grass with a metal detector, Ocala Florida!

This search and recovery came to me as a result of a family dispute. Sometimes rings, phones, key fobs and other items are deliberately thrown and most often we are called to come out and try to help locate these thrown items for either the one who threw them or for someone else who has a vested interest…say like a husband or wife, or a boyfriend or…I think you get the idea!

Andi called me and explained that she needed help finding her engagement and wedding rings somewhere in their yard. Apparently she had gone out and rented a metal detector and tried using it for an hour or two and ended up digging a bunch of holes plus her husband had spent 3 hours searching the yard as well and …Nothing! When I arrived the next day I got my Deus 2 metal detector and started doing my usual overlapping grid search of the area where Andi said she threw her rings. There were holes here and there and pull tabs and bits of aluminum scattered every where. Experience has taught me that most often items originally are thrown harder, further and with more intensity than one might think. And this proved true in Andi’s situation. At least 45 feet out I got a good repeatable signal reading “49” and then about two feet away another similar signal! I called Andi out and as I showed her what I found she just buried her face in her hands and quietly wept. The relief and consolation and comfort overwhelmed her heart and it was a thrill to see.

Lost diamond ring in the grass, Tavares Florida, found by Florida ring finder Mike McInroe

This ring search began after Apple was playing with her little one on a grassy area behind the house and as she came inside she realized her diamond ring was not on her finger. The ring was loose on her finger and she had every intention to get a silicone ring adjuster to help make it a tighter fit on her finger…because she knew that sooner or later it would come off and she could loose it for ever! Thankfully she found my number and later that afternoon I met Apple and she explained where sh had played in the yard and where her ring would most likely be. I set out my plastic markers and began an over lapping grid search. Ten minutes later I decided to expand my search and after another 10 minutes I spotted her lost ring just laying on the sparsely covered grass area another 20 feet out past where she thought it would be. Apple was very relieved to have her lost ring back and hopefully she will purchase on of those simple silicone ring adjustors to help keep her precious ring secure and safely on her finger.

Lost diamond engagement ring in car, Sanford Florida, found by Florida Ring Finder Mike McInroe

Sanford Florida resident Nadja texted me about a lost diamond engagement ring lost in a car and asked if I could help her. Here is her story. “Hi Mike! I found your number on theringfinders.com website and wanted to inquire about your services. I lost my engagement ring inside my car. I think it must have slipped down between the seats. We tried taking the seats out but came up with nothing. I see you mostly do grass, sand and water searches but am wondering if you are able to look in a car? This happened a few years ago in our 2011 VW Jetta. I was sitting in the back seat and I had the cup holder partition down and I was fiddling with my ring and it popped off of my finger and all I remember was it sounded like it hit something plastic and then it just disappeared! We pulled off the road to look for it but we could not find it. It wasn’t on the seat nor on the floor anywhere! We have searched several times over the years but have had no success. We are planning to donate the car this Friday since we do not use it anymore and I just wanted to give it one more try before we donate it. Just so I know I have tried all our options. I’ve always felt like it is somewhere in a crevice!”

I arrived the following day with my bag of supplies and listened to Nadja explain just what happened. I thought maybe her ring went down one of the air vents under the front seat or possibly slipped down along the front seat cracks in the carpet. Then a closer look at the cup holder arm that comes out of the back seat revealed an opening to the trunk. So I proceeded to remove everything in the trunk and searched every possible place where a small ring could hide and as I looked closer at the cupholder arm there was a small space where it hinges and I got out my handy dandy endoscope and stuck the camera with light attachment end down into the crack and immediately saw a quarter and a nickel. I had high hopes that if there were coins and gum wrappers tucked into that small space…surely a ring could be hiding there as well. I spent a good 15 minutes pushing and probing my endoscope into the corners and at every angle possible and I soon caught a glimpse of a diamond and setting and then Nadja’s lost ring came into view. Nadja’s husband came out to check on my progress and I told him that I can see the ring but that we will have to do some dismantling and he was ready to tear the back seat all apart! I removed a few screws and the cupholder came free and then it was only a matter of reaching down and picking up Nadja’s long lost ring! The young couple was overwhelmed and their joy and happiness was evident by the smiles on their faces. What a thrill it is to be able to help people in need of theringfinders special services. Have you or someone you know lost a jewelry item in a car, in the water, in the sand or grass… recently or a long time ago? Chances are it can still be found! Lost Cartier Promise ring in Crescent Lake, Florida…Found by Mike McInroe, Florida Ring Finder.

I received a call from a young lady named Joy who had dropped her Cartier ring off of a dock and needed some special help. The water at the end of the dock was just over 7 feet deep and there was no way she nor her father could hold their breath and dive down and attempt to recover her ring. Thoughts raced through her mind that maybe a fish picked it up and swam off with it or maybe the current pushed it way under the dock or it sunk down into the silty lake bottom to stay hidden forever…forever lost! Later that evening Joy went online to search for “Underwater metal detecting service” and came across theringfinders.com website and decided to give me a call. She and her parents were checking out of the Airbnb the next morning by 11:00am so I made arrangements to meet her at 8:30am the following morning and I was hoping and praying I would be able to recover her lost ring before they had to leave.

The next morning I arrived and set up my Blu3 Nemo dive system and used a PVC pole to mark the spot where Joy said she saw the splash where her ring hit the water. The bottom of the lake was sandy and smooth but the visibility was only a foot or so and as I descended down the pole I immediately got a strong signal! It was a 2.5 pound weight used for weight lifting so I left it there and continued searching. I covered the whole area, digging up sinkers and screws and pieces of aluminum and bottle tops, a knife/pliers, etc. After 40 minutes I was beginning to wonder if maybe Joy was mistaken about exactly where her ring fell into the water! I decided to go back and recheck all the larger deeper targets and I began at the PVC pole with the 2.5 weight and as I lifted it up to put it into my pouch I received a quiet signal just to the side of where the weight was. I ran my fingers through the sand and felt something round and ring like…and there it was…just inches away from the PVC pole marker!! As I surfaced I held my hand up with her ring on my little finger and Joy’s face was in shock and she was stunned. She told me later that she was starting to give up hope and then I came out of the water with her precious lost ring! How I thank God for allowing me to find Joy’s lost ring and be a blessing to her in her time of need.

Lost engagement ring in Clermont, Florida…found with a metal detector!

If you lost something important to you…like a ring or keys, cell phone, chain or medallion…in the grass, sand, in the water or even in your car…call or text me at 321-363-6029 and let’s talk. I can answer any questions you may have about the ring finders recovery service and I am available day or night. Call or text me ASAP!

Anders and his fiancee were enjoying a day at Showcase of Citrus in Clermont with Anders’s four year old son…when the boy, who had somehow got a hold of the fiancee’s white gold diamond engagement ring, decided to throw the ring over a high fence and into the Capybara enclosure! Anders and his fiancee were shocked but figured that since they were throwing carrots and celery and cabbage into the pens where the animals were that maybe the boy figured that was the thing to do. They immediately contacted the management and asked if they could search and retrieve the thrown ring and after an hour of looking they determined that they needed a metal detector to locate their lost engagement ring. They returned the next day with a low end metal detector and ended up more frustrated and still could not find the ring. That led Anders to search online for a metal detecting service and one of my stories came up on the ring finders website and he gave me a call. The next day I met Anders and his fiancee and I had them walk me through what all happened and where the young boy was standing when he threw the ring. The management was extremely easy to work with and gave us permission to enter the enclosure and I began a tight grid search over the determined area. There were two high metal fences surrounding the pen and I was hoping and praying that the thrown ring did NOT fall near the base as it was very heavy with thick grass plus all the metal of the fence which would have made the search allot more difficult and time consuming! About 10 minutes into the search I had covered the area that I figured would be a reasonable throw for a four year old…so I began to grid wider and within minutes I got the perfect signal and there laying in the sand and thin grass was the lost engagement ring…fully exposed and what a beautiful sight it was!!

Anders had just given his fiancee the ring only a few months earlier and they were overwhelmed with relief and joy!

Lost Kershaw pocket knife, Panama City Beach, Florida…found with a metal detector!

I can answer any questions you may have about the ring finders recovery service and I am available day or night. Call or text me ASAP!

Mike and his wife were enjoying their week at a condo in north Florida and somehow he dropped his favorite knife in the sand and it just disappeared without a trace. For the next few days he tried looking for it but the soft sand seemed to have swallowed it up and he pretty much gave up hope of ever seeing it again. My wife and I arrived on Wednesday to spend a few days with friends and of course I had brought my metal detector along and the first evening of our stay I grabbed my metal detector and Xtreme scoop and wandered down onto the beach. I started detecting around the nightly fire pit and that is when Mike and Debbie approached me and Mike told me about his lost pocket knife. I assured him that I would definitely be on the lookout and would let him know if I happened to dig it up. Two hours later and quite a ways down the beach I got a signal that sounded more iron than non-ferros but I chose to investigate none the less and after kicking away a few inches of sand…there was a black pocket knife that had the brand name of Kershaw on the belt clip. That was the exact brand that Mike said he had lost and he could not believe it when I showed him my discovery! Mike’s wife said he carries his knife where ever he goes and has had that knife for many years. It is made right here in America and Mike is carrying it again today!
Again I thank the Lord for helping me find and return Mike’s knife and for giving me the opportunity to be a blessing and being able to meet such a kind and lovely couple!

How can I help you find what you have lost? Even items lost years ago can potentially be found today…if you know the location and the area has not been disturbed too much! Give me a call or call a ring finder near you!
