Wedding Ring recovery in Newport Beach

  • from Sunset Beach (California, United States)

Brooke called me to ask for my help finding her Diamond wedding ring. She put the ring in her cup holder on her chair. She got home and realized the ring was gone. She went back to the beach and the lifeguard’s set cones around the area where the loss occurred. When I arrived there was a neighbor of hers with a cheaper metal detector trying to help. I made about 4 or 5 passes and located her ring.

iPhone found while search for wedding ring

I was searching for a wedding ring when I found an iPhone in the wet sand, amazingly it was still on despite the fact it was under the high tide overnight.

When I got home the girlfriend of the phones owner called it and when I answered she sounded surprised. We arranged for pick up right away and Brandon drove to my house to pick it up.

White Gold Wedding Band recovered in Seal Beach

Ben texted me yesterday about his loss so we met at the beach this morning at 6:30 am. I was searching for his ring when I found a nice iPhone in the wet sand. Eventually I moved to another location where he was in the dry sand where I found his ring.

Ring found at Bolsa Chica Beach with Metal Detector

I was sent a google map location at Bolsa Chica Beach via text to search for a tungsten ring. These are more difficult when the person can’t meet you in person.
I sent pictures to verify which fire pit he was at. I circled the fire pit and on the 5th time around I found his ring. Drive to Long Beach to drop off his ring but forgot to take a picture of him with the ring.

Wedding ring recovered by ring finder in Long Beach

Justin called me to help find his wife’s wedding ring in Long Beach, California. Apparently she brushed the sand off her hands which sent her ring flying onto the beach. She was very distraught and every time I pulled out a piece of trash I think she was losing hope.

After about 15 minutes I was able to find her ring. She was overcome with joy when I pulled it out of the sand. No picture of the happy couple.

Lucky for her I was able to locate the ring in under 5 minutes. Soon she had tears of Joy and called her husband right away to tell him the good news.

This is my 66th recovery to date. Hoping for many more!

Gold bracelet found in front yard with metal detector

I received a call to search for a child’s gold bracelet. It was lost in the neighbors front yard which had fairly thick grass. The search took longer than I would have liked but I didn’t give up. The bracelet was balled up and hiding amongst pieces of foil.

Andrew called me and said his wife took her gold and diamond wedding ring off and set it on her towel only to pick up her towel later and lose it in the sand.

I met Andrew at the beach and he had marked off a large area in the sand and also place a stick near where they were sitting.

I turned on my detector and the first swing I got a 12 on my Equinox 800. This was a first signal recovery and a beautiful ring to boot.

Kevin said he was brushing the sand off his hands when he felt his ring fly off and into the sand. I drove approximately 40 minutes to meet him at the beach.

When I arrived he showed me the area where he lost it but I couldn’t locate it.  I then started to check the wet sand and he said he thinks it is higher up in the dry sand so I checked the dry sand again without any luck so back to the wet sand I went and sure enough I got a signal and when I looked down I could see his ring sticking out of the sand.

Kevin and his wife were so grateful and very appreciative of my metal detecting service.
