Got a call from Judith asking if I could help find her husband Kevin’s wedding band. While playing volleyball with his kids his wedding band flew off his finger. They searched themselves but couldn’t find it. While searching another beach goer told them about Ring Finders from seeing me on the beach a few times before. They found me on line and called. I told her I’d be on my way and met up with them about 15 minutes or so later. I saw where they were searching and just off to the left side I found Kevin’s ring. They were so glad to get it back. A great happy ending for all. So glad I could help.

I received a call from Liz about her sister Barb’s wedding band that was lost a week ago. Initially Barb thought her ring was somewhere in the house, but then started to consider that it may have been lost on the beach in Ocean City, NJ when it didn’t turn up. I met with Liz to go over where she thought the ring might be and started my search. Around an hour into the search, I dug the ring that was buried very deep in the sand.

Was sitting on Union Beach for the morning with my girlfriend when I got a call from Meir asking for help to locate his wedding band he lost the day before in Manasquan. Told him I’d pack up and head right down. Met him at the beach and luckily he put the area where he was sitting in his phones GPS. It seems coming out of the water drying off his ring slipped off his finger. At first he had me in one area then noticed I was alittle off the mark. I moved over about 15 feet and within 2 minutes I found his ring. Needless to say he was very happy to get it back. Another happy beach goer.

Someone tagged me in a post on Facebook about a gold bracelet that was lost yesterday in Sea Isle City, NJ. Pat didn’t realize his bracelet was missing until he was home later that day. He thought it may have gotten caught on his umbrella while packing up and dropped in the sand. He gave me the area where he was sitting and it was recovered in around 20 minutes! Got a call from fellow RingFinder Matty St Germain if I would help with a recovery. Matty got a call from Heather that while enjoying the beach her husband Andre was in the surf with his daughter and felt his wedding ring slip off. Matty went down the next 2 low tides but couldn’t find it. Having bad weather the ocean was a little choppy and hard to detect. I went down not knowing if I was going to hunt because a storm was on its way that night, the ocean was choppy but I went in anyway. Working through the swells after about 45 minutes I got the low tone on the detector I was looking for and found the ring. I met Heather where she was having dinner with her family that night and returned her husband ring. Another happy ending for all.

Lost Claddagh Ring Found Ocean City NJ by Ring Finders South Jersey

I received a message from Nicole on Saturday afternoon via the Facebook messenger app on my page – Ring Finders South Jersey. When I spoke to Nicole she said she realized she lost her Archbishop Prendergast class ring and her Claddagh while on the beach the day before in Ocean City, NJ. She thought the rings may have missed her bag when she put them away. Since she went home the night before, she gave me gave me a marker on the beach to put me in the general location where she was sitting. I waited until some of the beachgoers left before I started my search. I heard a signal and out popped the Claddagh ring! Being in the right area, I figured the class ring was nearby. Well as it turns out, that ring wasn’t lost on the beach at all…it was found in the trunk of the car the next day! Great ending to a Saturday night!

Lost Apple Watch Found Avalon NJ by Ring Finders South Jersey

I received a call from Bailey about her lost her Apple watch in Avalon NJ yesterday evening. Bailey said that she had been sitting in the sand when the magnetic wristband unknowingly came apart.

She was unable to find it after searching the next morning, so she contacted me after seeing a friend’s Facebook post. Shortly after my arrival to the beach she used her iPhone GPS to find the approximate location.

I then started a grid search of the area, and within a few minutes the Apple watch was found!

I was tagged in a Facebook post on Friday evening about a class ring that was lost in the ocean in Sea Isle City, NJ. Alisa called me and explained how her daughter Rachel lost her class ring while surfing on Friday. The initial attempt on Saturday morning was limited due to high tide, so we met again later in the afternoon to go out farther. After a through grid search from the water’s edge to chest deep water, the Sacred Heart Academy class ring was found and returned!

Lost Gold Cross and Necklace Found Avalon NJ by Ring Finders South Jersey

Late Friday evening I received a text from Sam asking if I could find a gold chain and cross in the sand that was lost the previous day in Avalon, NJ. She mentioned the cross was very sentimental because it was given to her mother by her father almost 30 years ago and then given to her. Sam took off the necklace because it got tangled in her hair and placed it on the blanket. After forgetting she had taking it off, the cross and chain went flying across the beach when she shook out her blanket when leaving. I met Sam early Saturday morning to collect some details and started to search. After a thorough grid search of approximately fifty square feet, the necklace and cross were found!
