Jasmine and her fiancé, Graham, were guests at a family wedding at the New York Yacht Club on Saturday.  While socializing with other guests on the lawn, Jasmine waved her hand and her diamond engagement ring flew off.  Jasmine, Graham, and other guests searched the lawn with flashlights but couldn’t locate the ring.  On Sunday morning, Graham found The Ring Finders website and called me for help.  I drove to the yacht club and searched the lawn area for a few hours before Jasmine and Graham had to leave.  They were discouraged, but I told them I wouldn’t give up the search.  Over an hour later, I located the ring deep in the grass and called them with the good news.  We made arrangements to meet them in Massachusetts, and Jasmine was thrilled to have the ring back on her finger!

Mary and Gene were enjoying a campfire in their backyard until she lost her engagement ring and wedding band.  Frantic to locate the rings, Gene searched for hours on his hands and knees.  He was able to locate the engagement ring, but the wedding band couldn’t be found.  Gene even purchased a metal detector but returned it because he was inexperienced with its operation.  Mary searched the internet for help and located the Ring Finders website.  Gene contacted me and asked if I could search their backyard.  In less than a half hour, I located the wedding band in the grass.  It was a pleasure to help this nice young couple!

Retirement Ring Found Three Years Later in Swansea, MA

Maureen called me recently about a lost ring.  Her brother, Jack, lost his Anheuser Bush retirement ring in his backyard about three years earlier.  He had only had the ring a short time and lost it while tossing a football to his son.  Maureen’s niece found me on the internet and suggested that her aunt contact me.  Maureen was hoping to recover the ring as a Christmas gift.  I searched Jack’s backyard for her.  All the while, Maureen held her “good luck charms” and prayed to St. Anthony.  After two hours of searching and digging up lots of pull tabs, I found the ring.  Maureen was so happy to give this gift to her brother.  Jack was thrilled to be reunited with this memento of his years of service to the company.

Wedding Rings Found in Seekonk MA

Last Tuesday, Christine was walking a trail through a wooded area in Seekonk MA with her two daughters.  In a clearing near the path, she bent to brush off her daughter’s jacket, and her wedding band and diamond ring flew off of her hand.  They were lose as she had lost some weight.  Christine thought the rings had flown into leaves and brush that surrounded the clearing.  After searching the area, she couldn’t find either ring.  That evening, Christine and her husband, Bright, located me on the internet at theringfinders.com, and Bright called me for help.  The next day I met the couple in the area and had Christine reenact what had happened the previous day.  I determined that the rings had probably not flown into the brush and leaves but were on the ground in the clearing where they were lost.  Sure enough, Bright found her diamond ring on the ground in the clearing.  Immediately after, I was able to locate her wedding band.  It was a pleasure to help this couple and to see the rings back on Christine’s finger where they belong.

On February 8, 2015, I received a call from Steve regarding his lost wedding ring.  He explained that he had lost the ring while cleaning out the gutters and shoveling at his home.  Steve searched desperately for hours and even borrowed a metal detector from a family member, but he had no luck.  He decided to consult the internet to see if there was anyone who could help him.  Steve located me on The Ring Finders website, noting that I had recently found a military school ring in the snow.  He contacted me during a snowstorm to see if I could help.  I decided to go to his home immediately for fear that the new snow would only make the search more difficult.  I located Steve’s wedding ring in fifteen minutes under a few inches of snow.  Steve, and his wife, were amazed and very happy to have the ring back.

On January 30th, I received a call from Christina of Saunderstown. Her son, James, recently got home from deployment in the armed forces.  While playing with their dogs in the yard, James lost his military school ring in the snow.  James was very upset about losing the ring.  After searching for hours and even trying his luck with a rented metal detector, he could not find the ring.  Christina got my contact information from The Ring Finders website and called me.  I went to their home that same evening, even though it was already dark.  After over an hour of searching, I located the ring buried under a few inches of snow.  In his note of thanks, James wrote: “When I first lost the ring I thought it was forever lost. There are very few people who go out of their way to help others but you changed your daily routine and came down to help on the same day. I can’t thank you enough for your help and your professionalism throughout this process of finding my ring.”

Two days before Christmas, I received a call from Dana, because her husband, Sean, had lost his wedding ring while they were moving.  Sean had stashed his wedding band in his shoe, which was with a change of clothes, for fear of damaging it.  While carrying the clothes, Dana tripped and the ring flew out of the shoe and dropped on the lawn.  The couple searched for the ring without any luck.  Dana searched the internet and found me on The Ring Finders website.  The day after Christmas I searched the lawn and found the ring in a few minutes, the quickest recovery I’ve ever had!  Dana and Sean were delighted to have the ring back.

On Saturday, Jason lost his diamond wedding band while doing yard work.  Family and friends helped to search the yard.  Someone even tried to find it with a metal detector, but they had no luck.  Not knowing where to turn, his wife, Toni, decided to search the internet for help.  She found my information and gave me a call on Monday.  That evening, I searched the property for a few hours, mostly in the dark, but was unable to locate the ring.  I assured Toni and Jason that I would be back early Wednesday to continue the search, expecting that it would take quite some time given the size of the property.  Five minutes into the search, I located the ring in their lawn.  Jason and Toni were delighted!

Keys Found in Franklin, MA

On Valentine’s Day, I received a telephone call from Kelley, a fellow employee, explaining that she had lost her keys in the company’s parking lot somewhere in the snow.  It was my day off, and another employee suggested that she call to see if I could help.  The company has huge parking lots, so I was concerned that it may have been plowed into one of the huge mounds of snow, but I agreed to give it a shot.  I searched three areas of the parking lot where she thought she may have dropped the keys without any luck.  Finally, I searched around a light pole in the parking lot and found the set of keys.  Kelley said it was the best Valentine’s Day present she could have received!

A week ago, Michelle contacted me because her husband had lost a set of car keys somewhere on their property.  Unfortunately, they were lost prior to a snowstorm, which dropped over two feet of snow in our area.  Michelle’s husband was doubtful that I would be able to find the keys and had already had the car towed to a local dealership.  This was the only set of keys she and her husband had for the car, and they needed the car to get to work.  After searching the property on three separate occasions, I located the keys buried in a large mound of snow.  Michelle was happy to get the keys back and to prove her husband wrong!
