Barbara contacted me during a time of great distress because she could not find her beloved yellow gold, 1.4 carat pear shaped diamond with accent round diamonds engagement ring. She searched all over her house for many days but all of her efforts led to no avail. She remembered that she did a particular errand but then returned to the home and she was worried that maybe her ring fell off in a public environment. After nearly a week of searching, Barbara found THE RING FINDERS’ website online and learned about my ring finding service. We immediately set up a time for me to come to her Alexandria, Virginia home to do a full investigation to see if I could recover her irreplaceable keepsake.

I visited Barbara’s house twice: once on a Friday and the other day was two days later on Sunday. When I first arrived, my client gave me a very long tour of all the places where she worked and relaxed around the house. She showed me the two cars that she drove, the location where she walked across the lawn and also where all of the garbage was thrown out. There was a lot of territory to cover.

On Day 1, I was focused on metal detecting the lawn, searching some places in the living room (which included probing the couch), and lastly, searching all of the bags of trash outside. It was dark outside by the time I completed the final bag of garbage and at that point there was no recovery made. I left the house after searching for about 3.5 hours.

On Day 2, I set my aim on probing both vehicles and searching more rooms in the house. Once I concluded that the sentimental “symbol of love” that Barbara so very much cherished for many decades was not lost in either car, I made my way into the house. My client suggested that I move next into the laundry room since there was plenty of clothing to be scanned and multiple hiding places that the ring could have made its way into. However, I continued my walk straight past the laundry room and went directly into the kitchen.

I had remembered that I had asked Barbara the other day if she had been in her kitchen sometime during the day of the disappearance of her ring. She couldn’t remember specifically what she did in that space in the house, but I was still curious to check one specific area before moving on to the next room.

I asked Mrs. Katz, “Do you have a cabinet or drawer where you stuff your reusable plastic grocery bags?” She immediately responded by pointing to a narrow cabinet near the refrigerator and said, “Yes, absolutely. I throw them all in here. Why do you ask?” I went on to share with my client that I recently successfully found a men’s wedding band in a large bag hanging from the pantry door handle where the gentleman had stuffed all of his reusable grocery bags into it. The ring had slipped off of his finger and landed in the pile of plastic! I wanted to check to see if Barbara’s ring might have ended up in a similar environment.

Handful by handful, my client gave me a fistful of grocery bags to metal detect with my pinpointer. After clearing one clump of plastic, I would repeat the procedure with a fresh group of bags. After detecting forty out of the hundred items stuffed in the narrow vertical cabinet, suddenly, my client let out a shriek of excitement and exclaimed, “Brian, we found it! The ring! It just fell to the bottom of the cabinet from within the middle of the pile! You did it! Your hunch was right! My ring was in here all along! I can’t believe it!”

Barbara and I rejoiced together and the two of us were completely in disbelief! Even though I find these consistencies in similar environments while trying to solve such head scratching mysteries, it never gets old and its always beyond amazing to be a part of these kind of recoveries!

My client’s spouse came out of the bedroom and he was completely blown away by my successful endeavors. He admitted to me just like many other unbelievers have in the past, “When I was told what you do to help people find their lost rings, I didn’t think for a minute that you would solve this one! Well Brian…you proved me wrong!”

A couple had enjoyed themselves at Gravelly Point in Arlington, Virginia up until Michelle realized that she had lost her white gold 2.5 Carat diamond engagement ring with diamonds adorning both sides of the band. After leaving the park and traveling home, Michelle noticed that her ring was missing from her finger and immediately her fiancé Erik turned their vehicle around and they headed back to the park where they had their picnic earlier that day.

Unfortunately the couple was not able to find the sentimental keepsake in the grass where Michelle had taken off the ring on their picnic blanket to apply sunscreen lotion to her skin. The two of them were devastated. They eventually looked online for metal detecting help and there they found the elite international metal detectorist directory called THE RING FINDERS. They found me on the website and later the next day I traveled out to the search site to help the distressed couple.

I was so happy to help Michelle and Erik find their lost white gold engagement ring. In less than an hour I was able to successfully recover the beautiful diamond ring out on the vast grassy park lawn! I used my metal detecting skills and the best of technology to bring that gorgeous band out from beneath the “blades of green”. They were beyond thrilled and extremely impressed with how ring finders like me can seemingly do the impossible! Their metal detecting attempts had all failed but I was I able to bring hope to those who had none! What a joy it was to serve such a lovely couple!

Wedding Ring Found in Reston, Virginia Parking Garage Almost a Week Later After Woman Applied Lotion to Hands

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Malia’s special platinum half-infinity diamond wedding band recovered with the help of ring finder Brian Rudolph

Malia’s husband happily holding up his relieved wife’s wedding band after Brian Rudolph, member of THE RING FINDERS helped to recover the priceless keepsake

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Mike and his lovely wife Malia looked everywhere for her irreplaceable platinum half-infinity diamond wedding band. They had no idea where it had ended up. Their thought was that it was lost on their front lawn somewhere when they came home from shopping on one particular day.

Mike bought a very expensive metal detector online – a Minelab Equinox 800 detector and searched the grass near their driveway and front walkway. Unfortunately, all of the desperate husband’s efforts led to no avail.

When Mike could not find his wife’s missing ring, he searched online for further assistance. That’s when he found the elite international directory of metal detectorists called THE RING FINDERS. I was then contacted to help with the search for the wedding band.

After talking with Mike and asking him a billion questions as to where the couple could have lost Malia’s wedding band, I discovered that there were several public places that the young lady could have lost the sentimental keepsake. They were stuck on one place – the front lawn. However, once I finished with my on-the-phone interview, I was more convinced than ever that Malia most likely had lost the ring after applying lotion just before exiting their vehicle in a public garage.

Even though it had been almost a week since the disappearance of the platinum ring, guess what was found on the top level of the parking garage’s concrete floor? YES WAY!!!! Malia’s beautiful platinum diamond wedding ring! I couldn’t believe it myself! It was exactly as I had expected! Before the couple had gotten out of the vehicle to go shopping, Malia had taken off the ring and placed it on her lap. She applied lotion to moisturize her hands and then sadly forgot and put the ring back on. The young lady stepped out of the vehicle and that’s when the ring fell from her thigh and ended up on the parking garage’s concrete floor!

Mike and Malia could not stop thanking me for my help in recovering their priceless sentimental keepsake! I was beyond excited to be of assistance and to have solved yet another vehicle ring loss mystery! Mike and I thank the Lord for answering our prayer that we have lifted up to God prior to the awesome discovery! I give Him all glory for helping me assist wonderful couples like Mike and Malia!

Beautiful 14K Rose Gold Ring Lost, Found in Berryville, VA.

  • from Leesburg (Virginia, United States)

Call Ray at MyGoldFinder for lost items 571.258.7217

I received a call from Brandon on Thursday asking if I could help him find his 14K Rose Gold wedding band which was lost on his property in Berryville, Virginia. Brandon stated he bought a metal detector and attempted to locate the ring himself, even searching at night with a flash light in hand, but no luck.  As with most detectorists we know you sometimes have to get through a lot of trash in order to find the treasure and the trash was what Brandon was finding unfortunately. After getting a few details on when it was lost and approximate area on the property where he believed it may be located we arranged for me to come out on Friday morning. Since he was not going to be able to be there to meet me I had to initiate the search on what details I had and the pictures he sent me to come up with a search strategy.

I started my search to the left of his home and closer to the wood line which is where he believed it would be located. After about 90 minutes and a pound of debris, other than the woods itself, I felt I covered the backyard area pretty well. Before I took on the search of the large area of bushy woods I though I’d give the grassy area closer to the house and attach shed a quick grid search.

…after about 30 minutes….there she was, one of the prettiest colors of rose gold I’ve seen shining brightly and just waiting to get backs to it’s owner. I contacted Brandon via a text by sending him a photo of his ring, he was ecstatic at knowing his ring was found and would soon be back on his finger.

Glad I could reunite you with your ring Brandon….

God Bless

Ray

Lost Gold Cross Pendant w/Birthstones, Found in Bristow, Virginia

  • from Leesburg (Virginia, United States)

Call Ray @ MyGoldFinder for lost items 571.258.7217.

I received a text from a couple, John and Amy in Bristow, Virginia. Amy had been doing some gardening in the back yard and as she walked around the side of the house she realized her chain was dangling from her neck, but the gold cross charm was missing. After searching for hours they placed a notice on their community website asking if anyone had the ability to assist. One of the neighbors suggested they reach out to theRingFinders.

I’m about 45 minutes from their location so I was able to head early after work the next day to do a recovery search with the hopes of finding it quickly as the area was not too large. Once I arrived Amy gave me the rundown of what she was doing and where she walked, so  initially conducted a quick search in the grassy area where she realized the charm was gone. No hits in this area so I decided to go right to the garden bed in the hopes it fell into the mulch/soil she was seeding for green beans and carrots. As I was working the bed, Amy was literally a foot and a half away from me and shouted, “I found it!! While watching me she happen to look down near her feet and there it was just laying in the grass. Great Karma, lucky find and glad to see her smile so big. Amy’s had the cross for 20 years and it holds the birthstones of each of her children, a very treasured item to say the least.

God Bless and happy Hunting!!

Lost Diamond Ring Aquia Landing, Virginia…found!

  • from Fairfax (Virginia, United States)

Rob Ellis: Ring Recovery Specialist Underwater and on land …Lost Ring?… Call or text 703-598-1435.

On Saturday, Esmeralda and Rey were playing with friends in the water. When Esmeralda reached to catch a ball, her beautiful 10th anniversary diamond ring flew off her finger. They searched for hours to no avail. The next morning, Esmeralda emailed me for help.

Metal detecting for artifacts in the area is unlawful. So, I contacted the Stafford County Government to get permission for the search. Even though it was Sunday, I was able to reach Brett. He was very understanding and told me it was no problem as long as I was only looking for the ring.

Beach before Crowds

I met Rey at the beach and he showed me where they thought the ring landed. The water was about waist deep and there were many families enjoying the shallows. Since the spot was crowded, it took more time than anticipated. I forgot all that when I found the ring in the scoop. I am so happy to have helped a couple of patriots like Rey and Esmeralda!!!

Ring!

Rey Smile!

Rey and Esmeralda were so kind to post the story on their local Facebook news. I have already been contacted by people who saw their post! I also appreciate their generous reward, a portion of which was donated to the Fisher House Foundation https://fisherhouse.org/.

I was happy to retrieve trash during my search. As you can see in the photo, I removed jagged metal and glass just waiting to cut some unsuspecting swimmer’s foot.

Lost Wedding Ring Found in Leesburg Virginia Basement

  • from Leesburg (Virginia, United States)

Ray’s Metal Detecting Service 5712587217

I received a call from a young man named Zemraan in Leesburg Virginia whose mother had lost her wedding ring inside the house. She was very frantic to locate her precious wedding ring and asked her son to try to find someone who could help locate the ring. I don’t typically get many calls for inside searches but since it was close I figured I give them a visit. After arriving at the home her son Zemraan told me that he had picked up the rings to bring to his mother upstairs and shortly afterwards she realized one was missing. He took me downstairs to the basement where two bedrooms were setup. I initially scanned the Mom’s room and searched every inch of the bedroom and with no luck, then I moved to the next bedroom which was at the bottom of the stairway. After about 40 minutes of searching every crevice, floor molding crack, in/around, and under ever object the ring was found. Very Happy Customer!!
