I received a phone call this afternoon from a very nice lady who told me she lost her platinum diamond engagement ring somewhere in her yard while gardening. I grabbed my metal detector and equipment and told her I would be there in 30 min. Once I arrived she said she did not feel her ring come off her finger and was not even sure if she took it off and placed it on a table before gardening, all she knew was it was missing. She showed me the area where she was gardening. I detected her garden and after about 30 minutes I found the ring by a potted plant in mulch.

PEARL BRACELET LOST UNDER DOCK RECOVERED DIVING..SECOND RECOVERY FROM SAME PRIVATE DOCK ST. AUGUSTINE

Last night I received a call to help recover a lost pearl bracelet which fell into the water from a private dock in St. Augustine. This dock is very close to one of the oldest churches in the country and was established in 1565. Her daughter in law did not want loose her pearl bracelet before swimming so she took it off and placed it on a table on top of the dock.  When she returned and grabbed the bracelet it fell off the table and through the wood dock and straight into the water. Last January on the same dock another son had just proposed to his finance and when she held the ring up it flew off her hand and down into the water. That recovery took 2 days of diving due to the murky waters. I was really hoping this time the conditions would be better but it was not. Below the dock was a muddy oyster bed shelf and lots of debris from having the dock rebuilt. My visibility was almost non-existent I was lucky to have 2″-4″ of visibility, had to have my mask almost touching the bottom to see anything.  With a little luck and faith I was able to recover and return the pearl bracelet.

I received a phone call last night from someone who stated that his wife lost her gold diamond wedding ring set somewhere in their house. He said that they searched and searched for it but was unable to find it.   I met with them in the morning and conducted a search starting with the bedroom. The bed was a waterbed which made it hard. After taking apart the custom headboard I located and recovered the 2 ring set.

I received a phone call last night from someone who stated that his wife lost her gold diamond eternity wedding ring in the grass of her friends back yard. He said that they searched and searched for it but was unable to find it in the deep grass. He even went to the store and bought a metal detector and still could not find it. I met him this morning and searched the area, took me about 20 min but the ring was recovered and returned to owner.

I received a call from someone who told me he “Thinks” he lost his 18K gold wedding band on the beach a few days prior. He was not sure where he lost his ring but was on the beach for several hours playing frisbee and when he got home noticed his wedding ring missing. He said he knew it was a long shot but wanted to try anything he could. I asked him to send me a diagram on a map of where he thought he was at the beach. Also needed to know the time frame so I could track the tides on the day he lost it, and a picture of his ring. The next day I went to the area and searched for his ring. 18K gold wedding recovered about 6-8″ deep.

I received a call from a guy who told me his wife was besides herself. He explained that her mother passed recently and they made a 18K gold charm with her mothers fingerprint on the charm. They just got a new puppy and his wife was playing with the puppy on the lawn when she jumped up and grabbed the necklace and broke it. She was able to find the necklace but not able to find the small gold charm which was about the size of a dime. They even borrowed a friends metal detector and searched for hours without luck. I arrived to the house and they showed me the lawn where the charm was lost. The grass was vey thick and dense. It took me about 15-20 min to recover and return this very special charm.

I received a call today from from a newly engaged couple. They had only been engaged for 2 weeks. She told me she was down by the water and then noticed her engagement Diamond ring was missing from her finger. She said she searched the area frantically and was unable to find her ring. After informing me of her location on St. Augustine Beach I dropped everything and immediately met her on the beach. Meteorite Wedding Ring lost for 25 days in Park Recovered and Mailed back to Owner.

I had a call from a client who was from Indiana and told me he lost his Gold Meteorite Wedding Band in the grass near a park in St. Augustine, Fl. He had the general idea of the area he lost it, but informed me it was 25 days ago. I told him I would be glad to respond to the area but would be limited since St. Augustine is the oldest city in America and digging is not permitted. I was there less than 10 minutes before being approached and notified that metal detecting and digging is prohibited. I told the authorities about the wedding ring that was lost by my client and showed them a picture of what the ring looked like. I told them I did not have any digging tools and would only use my vibrating probe in attempt to locate the ring in the grass. They allowed me to continue my search as long as I did not dig or remove any other items besides trash. I received a call last week from Mary who told me her son proposed to his now fiancée on their private dock in St. Augustine, FL. The bride to be lifted up her hand to show the ring to family when flew off her finger and fell between the dock decking and into the dark water 10’ below. My first attempt to find the ring was unsuccessful as the water had about 3-6” of visibility and a bone chilling 55 degrees. I searched for about an hour until the sound of my chattering teeth overwhelmed the sound of the metal detector. I returned 2 days later hoping for better visibility and warmer water but no such luck. This search was very challenging because not only was the visibility almost non existent but the sea bottom floor was covered in bed of oysters. On this dive I was fortunate to have my friend Sean from Hunting4History to assist me. We were equipped with 2 SeaGhost metal detectors, 2 Blu3 Nemo tankless diving systems, and underwater LED lights. It turns out the the Sixpence has been in her family for decades and several family members have been married with this exact Sixpence. Since the ceremony was on the beach she was wearing sandals so she places the heirloom sixpence in her dress. After the wedding she noticed the sixpence was missing.
