Someone tagged me in a post on Facebook about a gold bracelet that was lost yesterday in Sea Isle City, NJ.  Pat didn’t realize his bracelet was missing until he was home later that day. He thought it may have gotten caught on his umbrella while packing up and dropped in the sand.  He gave me the area where he was sitting and it was recovered in around 20 minutes! Christina and Scott recently got married this past Memorial Day Weekend, and today was their first day on the beach in Ocean City, NJ as a married couple! I received a call from Christina late in the afternoon yesterday who told me that her husband lost his wedding band while applying sunscreen after a swim in the ocean. It was a joy to recover the lost ring within minutes of searching so the newlyweds could relax and enjoy the rest of their vacation.

Gold Cartier Love Ring Found Ocean City NJ by John Favano

Lost a ring? Don’t wait to call!

I received a call from Dawn whose friend saw my Ring Finders South Jersey page on Facebook and referred her to me.  Her daughter Julia lost her Cartier gold Love ring in the surf during a severe storm in Ocean City, NJ.  She was in ankle-deep water when strong gusts of wind suddenly blew the ring off her finger.  After speaking with Julia about the details of how and where she lost the ring, I started the search in knee-deep water and worked my way toward the beach.  I had to expand my search out about another 35 yards and the ring was found on the high on the slope! Never give up the search -the rings can be found!

Lost Diamond Ring at Vancouver Park / Playground…Found!

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

I had a early morning search in a lake at Whistler, BC that took me 1 hour & 45 minutes each way. I arrived 7am to find out the the ring was lost in water that was over my head…I still tried by standing on a log near the dock and trying to detect around the area but after 2 hours I packed it up and called a diver from my directory to come out and find it.

Just 20 minutes away from home I got a call from a young lady who asked if I could help find her diamond ring that was lost at a playground. She found TheRingFinders.com online and called…I was on my way!

I met with the family and she showed me the areas the ring could have been lost then she took a cab to work while her husband & kids stayed behind. The crazy thing was that she put her rings in her pocket and when she went to put them back on all she had was her wedding band…Some how the engagement ring disappeared.

I searched the most likely areas like the swing and slide but no ring? I then started a grid from where they parked to where they sat on the ground and after 2 lines of the grid there was the ring slightly covered by grass.

Lost Ring near Grand Bend Ontario

Received a call yesterday from a gentleman who had lost his ring near grand bend. The story sounded promising so we decided it would be worth the 2 hour drive.
After a couple hours on the road we m et with him and he showed us the approximate location, we had to swim out with all of our gear past a deep section to get to the shallower water where a football was being thrown the day before.
Within moments of being shown the location of where the ring had fallen off I had a strong beep so told the owner “I have a good beep here but it might not be the ring” as to not get his hopes up that fast. Sure enough when I looked down into the sand sifting basket I saw gold sitting in the bottom.

Another happy customer!
