Lost mens wedding ring

  • from Lincoln (Nebraska, United States)

I was contacted to help locate a beautiful gold band with diamonds of only 6 months old. They thought for sure it was lost outside the wedding reception venue they were music mc’s at. It was really cold and he took off his gloves to work the key fob. After we talked about some of the events of the evening I detected the outside with no results.  We then went into the building and scanned all the trash bags, no results. We scoped in the cracks of the old barn floor with no results. We continued to rehash the events, finding another area to detect,  no results. We kept talking and discussing things that went on that night.  I told them that I was certain it was not outside or in the building, and the car and bags should be checked, based on him throwing a jacket in there, Boom, success. Because of our team work and relentless search of possible areas the ring was found.

Brook told us she was helping some kids on paddle boards in waist deep water when one of the kids grabbed her hand and her ring got pulled off. She saw it go into the water and tried to get it. It sank into the sticks and muck below. Her mother was going to buy a new one and came across us and we said that we accept the challenge.  About 1 1/2 hours later I texted her mom asking if the ring we just found was it. YES, we surprised Brook and the whole family was amazed,  they thought there was no way it could ever be found. It was our pleasure getting it back on her finger.

Day before the wedding.

Alex was getting married tomorrow regardless if her fiancées ring was found or not. She searched while the kids were at school thinking she lost it in the half a block walk to school. The kids helped looked after school. She even checked with the police to see if one was found. Then she found us on theringfinders.com. Well the knowledge that the pros were on their way over with their special equipment and they will find it was more than a 7 yrld who had helped search for it could take. She fessed up and told mommy that she had found it and hid it in her dresser. What a story this was for Nelson and I to work through.

Lost late fathers gold wedding ring in Lincoln, Nebraska

Ethan found us through ring finders after searching his best. He called me around 10:30 am and was flying out of town at 3pm. He gave me some details and my boy and I headed off. Ethan was loading some spring clean up into the truck and saw his late fathers gold wedding band that he himself used in his wedding 3 years ago was not on his finger. He did a great job explaining everything to us. We figured it should be a quick job. Ha, 45 minutes later we were dumb founded as to where it could be. Well 5 minutes later I wandered to where the truck was parked in the garage, concrete full of rebar and started the fun of watching for signals in-between rebar blasts. Boom 57 on the AT Max, it had landed in a crack between the garage concrete and the drive concrete and was covered by dirt and debris. I carefully extracted it and my boys will never forget his genuine smile as I presented it to him.
