Ring lost at Mission Beach found

  • from La Jolla (California, United States)

Bailey was visiting here in town and spent the day at the beach. She took her rings off and set them on her blanket. Later, when she picked up the blanket, the forgotten rings ended up in the sand. One was particularly sentimental that she REALLY wanted back. An online search brought her to my information and a call for help. We met at the beach a half hour later where she used a video taken earlier to help zero in on the search area. After a few passes, I got a mid tone that was neither a great silver sound nor a great gold sound. No matter, it was going to be scooped anyway. Lo and behold it was both rings hooked together giving me that odd reading. A very happy Bailey can now enjoy the rest of her stay and a more pleasant trip back home. A pleasure to meet you and thanks for the reward.

I truly cannot thank Mark enough for what he did for me yesterday!

One of those rings holds an incredible amount of sentimental value, and realizing I had lost it in the sand was absolutely devastating. I genuinely thought it was gone forever.

From the moment I reached out, Mark was kind, reassuring, and willing to help. Within 30 minutes, he met me at the beach, and after just a few passes with his metal detector, he found BOTH rings!

What could have been a heartbreaking memory from this trip turned into an incredible reminder of the kindness of strangers and the goodness of people.
Mark, thank you for giving your time, sharing your expertise, and understanding that sometimes what you’re searching for is worth so much more than its monetary value. You gave me back something I simply couldn’t replace, and I will never forget it.

I cannot recommend The Ring Finders enough. ❤️
