Harwich, MA Lost Found and Returned Wedding Band Within An hour
Tommy had lost his ring and several helpful friends were sifting thru the sand except for one, the real heroine here, Jen, was searching for a Ring Finder. When she found my information on TheRingFinders.com, she knew her search was done. She then made the call.
When I received the call I was ready to go and Tommy was heading to his mother’s home to check there for the “lost” ring. In a little over a half an hour I was getting my gear together at the beach and Tommy had just returned and was pulling in to park without his ring. I guessed it was up to me to go and find the wedding band that had left Tommy’s had while shaking off ice water from his cooler.
On the beach two circles had been drawn in the sand and a few pull tabs had been scattered to confuse me. Neither circle had defined the rings location. I never heard a beep from a pull tab as on the second swing I knew I had located the ring. I stopped detecting and took my phone out of my pocket so I could capture a picture of Tommy retrieving his ring from the scoop. My success surprised everyone except for one as I had found her son’s ring several years ago.
Tommy’s ring has now been lost and returned FIVE times. Once it was lost for over a year then found by Tommy’s mother while she was cleaning under her dryer with a coat hanger. Another time it was left in a restaurant’s men’s room. Thru all the losses Tommy’s wife, Amanda, has stayed with him and now is just wondering where and when the next time will be and if I will be able to help. Of course I would!
