Lost Wedding Band Recovered Minnesota

  • from Twin Cities Metro (Minnesota, United States)

Ethan went to his families cabin for a little rest and relaxation. He decided to take his dog into the lake for a little play time. He told me that he seriously thought about taking off his ring before gong into the water, though second guessed himself as he wouldn’t be staying in long or going very deep into the water. After getting out of the water, he noticed his wedding band was missing.  He was pretty frantic and was really concerned about how disappointed his wife might be. He search the internet and found theringfinders.com. We spoke about the situation and I assured him that I would be able to recover the ring. I’ve been doing this for over 40 years now and I have learned all the tricks of the trade. As I tell people often “Not trying to sound pompous here” If the ring is there, I will find it. Being that Ethan was in 3 feet to 7 feet of water, I had to scuba dive. The dive took about 20 seconds and I found his wedding band. Ethan told me his wife is pregnant with their first child, so I wanted to say congrats and I wish you a lifetime of happiness!!!

Take care.

Minnesota lost ring found metal detecting

  • from Twin Cities Metro (Minnesota, United States)

Amal was out playing basketball with some friends. While taking a shot, her ring flew off her finger. She knew it was in the grassy area next to the court. The group searched for hours until it was too dark. She started the search again the next morning with a rented metal detector, still nothing. Amal decided to check online for any help and her internet search landed on theringfinders.com – She called, and I told her I could do a search the next day. She lives approx. an hour and half away, so I let her know I was heading out. Just before I arrived, she called me with great news. When she went back to the basketball court to meet up with me, and just happened to see the ring in the grass. So, I can’t count this as a “ringfinders find”, though I thought it was a great story and to make sure other people know – Never give up!! Nice to meet you Amal and congrats on the find.
