Against All Odds: 47-Gram 18K Gold Bracelet Recovered from the Delaware Bay in Milford, Delaware

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Saybria’s hefty 47-gram (approximately 1.5-ounce), 18-karat yellow gold bracelet, a treasured gift from her beloved Tommy, finally back on shore after metal detectorist Brian Rudolph recovered the precious piece of jewelry from the depths of the Delaware Bay.

Saybria, excited and relieved, holds her amazing 18-karat yellow gold bracelet after Brian Rudolph of THE RING FINDERS and METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC successfully recovered it from the Delaware Bay in Milford, Delaware.

By Brian Rudolph – Professional Ring Finder & Metal Detectorist
Owner, METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC (Clarksburg, Maryland)

Saybria was enjoying a wonderful weekend getaway with her girlfriends at a private beach house right on the water in Milford, Delaware. They had a blast making campfires on the beach, swimming in the Delaware Bay, relaxing on the sand, kayaking and paddle boarding out on the water.

Everything was going fantastic until Saybria made her way back toward the beach house after a fun time on the water and suddenly realized that her 18-karat yellow gold bracelet, weighing a hefty 47 grams (approximately 1.5 ounces), was missing from her wrist!

She immediately panicked. The realization that something so sentimentally important—and extremely valuable—was gone and presumably lost forever was almost beyond comprehension.

Saybria immediately searched the sand and all of the areas where she had been walking along the beach, but there was nothing to be found on shore. She became fairly certain that the bracelet must have been lost somewhere in the Delaware Bay.

As Saybria retraced her time on the water, she remembered having difficulty getting onto the paddleboard at a couple of locations. She couldn’t be certain, but she wondered whether one of those struggles might have caused the thick gold bracelet to come off her wrist. It was certainly a theory worth considering.

Searching the water herself was essentially impossible. Without professional metal detecting equipment—and the experience necessary to conduct an underwater recovery—there was little chance of locating such a small object somewhere across that enormous stretch of bay.

The thought of losing something so special that her boyfriend, Tommy, had given her absolutely broke Saybria’s heart. She was in tears for the next couple of days.

Eventually, Saybria searched Google and AI for information about how someone might recover a lost item such as her gold bracelet. She got in touch with a metal detectorist in the South Jersey area named John Favano. Because Saybria’s location was too far south for him to make the trip, John referred her to me, Brian Rudolph of METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC and a proud member of THE RING FINDERS.

I spent a great deal of time asking Saybria questions about exactly what had happened while she was out on the water.

She remembered taking the kayak and paddleboard from near the beach house, following a path that led directly onto the sand. She went straight out into the bay and then toward the right. At one location, she struggled to get onto the paddleboard. There was another place approximately 100 yards south of where she entered the water where she had another struggle getting onto the board.

Her theory was that the bracelet might have come off at one of those key locations.

The problem was that we were dealing with an enormous search area.

Saybria initially thought she had been approximately 30 feet offshore—about 10 yards—but at other times she had ventured much farther into deeper water where she couldn’t even stand. Determining precisely where that bracelet might have come off was extremely difficult. If I accepted this challenge, I knew I could potentially be searching a tremendous amount of territory.

After reviewing everything, I told Saybria there was also a possibility that she hadn’t lost the bracelet in the water at all. Perhaps it had fallen somewhere on the dry sand. However, she was fairly convinced that wasn’t the case. She remembered when she had it on, and by the time she returned to the beach house, it was gone.

She had already checked the deck where she had spent some time, but nothing was found there. And because of the thickness of the bracelet’s links, it wasn’t likely that it could have fallen between the deck boards.

We finished our conversation after I gave Saybria a quote for what it would cost for me to travel approximately three hours to the Delaware shore and attempt an underwater recovery in the Delaware Bay. She told me she would think about it and get back to me.

“Let’s Do This Thing!”

The next day, Saybria decided to give me a shot.

She checked out my profile, recovery articles and testimonials on THE RING FINDERS, read the Google reviews for my business, METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC, and watched several videos on my YouTube channel, THE RING HERO. After reviewing everything, she felt confident enough to hire me for the search.

I then spoke with Saybria and her boyfriend, Tommy—the man who had given her that beautiful gold bracelet some time before. I explained again just how difficult this recovery might be and the odds we were facing.

Tommy confidently responded over the phone: “Let’s do this thing!”

And that’s exactly what we did!

Later that day, at around 3 p.m., I headed toward Milford, Delaware. It was a long journey, but when I finally arrived at the beautiful bayside property, I couldn’t believe the house I was looking at. It was absolutely amazing! In fact, there were huge, beautiful homes stretching all along that section of beach.

I immediately walked onto the sand behind the house, called Saybria and sent her pictures to verify that I was indeed at the correct location.

She helped orient me toward the places where she thought the bracelet might possibly have been lost.

The potential search area stretched more than the length of a football field!

For a moment, the size of the territory was overwhelming. Then I reminded myself of all the previous recoveries where the odds had seemed small, yet somehow I had been blessed with success.

A Stormy Night Before the Search

Once Saybria and I finished our conversation, I headed back to my vehicle for shelter because a fairly large storm was moving through the area.

I had anticipated the storm, and it certainly delivered! There were plenty of sound effects, an impressive lightning show and quite a downpour.

Once the rain began to subside, I drove into Milton, Delaware, to grab a bite to eat. While waiting for my pizza, I organized my vehicle so everything would be ready for some cozy car camping when I returned to the beach house.

After finishing my meal in the car and making a stop at Food Lion, I headed back to the search site. I turned off the ignition and settled into my sleeping quarters for the night.

As I lay in the back of my CR-V, I spent some time in prayer and reading the Scriptures. Before long, I rolled over and fell asleep.

What a peaceful night it was. There were virtually no sounds at all—just total quiet.

Into the Delaware Bay

The next morning, I woke up, packed away my sleeping gear and began preparing for the search.

I put on my dive suit and unloaded all of the metal detecting equipment I would need for the recovery. I pulled out my Wonder Wheeler, loaded it with the necessary gear and headed toward the water.

I contacted Saybria one more time, and we reviewed all of the possible locations where the bracelet might have been lost.

Then I led us in a word of prayer, asking the Lord to help me find this beloved bracelet. I prayed that the God of love would help us recover this beautiful expression of love that Tommy had given to his girlfriend of 17 years. They had known each other since they were both 15 years old!

With my metal detector in one hand and scoop in the other, I entered the Delaware Bay and began searching from north to south and then south to north.

Because the search territory was so enormous, I wasn’t using grid poles. I simply tried to keep my lines as straight and consistent as possible.

I recovered several small pieces of aluminum and other miscellaneous metal, along with a fishing weight and tackle. I even found two house keys buried together in the same underwater hole.

But there was no bracelet.

I continued moving from one end of the search area to the other, turning around and doing it again and again.

As the tide remained relatively low, I searched approximately 60 feet offshore. At my farthest point, I was still able to stand, although the water was just below my neck.

Even though I hadn’t found the bracelet, I kept moving forward, believing that all things are possible with God while relying on the training and experience I had gained through countless previous searches.

After completing a fairly large section of water, I returned to shore and called Saybria. I wanted to see whether she could remember anything else that might help narrow down the search area.

Of course, it was also entirely possible that I could have passed the bracelet by just an inch. Without grid poles, maintaining perfectly parallel search lines underwater is extremely difficult.

Our conversation provided some additional clarity and helped me decide which section of the bay I should prioritize next.

Just before we got off the phone, poor Saybria began crying. She was desperately hoping that somehow her bracelet could still be recovered.

I encouraged her to keep the faith. She told me she was trying to keep hope alive. And I told her to keep doing exactly that.

The Signal That Changed Everything

I went back into the water.

For approximately the next hour, I continued scanning the bottom of the Delaware Bay, doing my best to keep my search lines straight as I moved parallel to the shoreline—down the coast and then back up again.

Eventually, I picked up a very good signal.

My heart jumped for a moment, but when I recovered the target, it turned out to be another miscellaneous piece of aluminum.

I continued toward the end of that search line, turned around and began scanning back south.

Then I heard another similar signal.

Because it was farther down from where I had recovered the previous piece of metal, I initially wondered whether that same lightweight piece of aluminum might somehow have moved in the water.

But I wasn’t about to take the chance of assuming anything.

The signal was far enough away that I decided I absolutely had to investigate it.

It took me several attempts to get my scoop positioned correctly over the target. Eventually, I swept my detector over the bottom again.

The signal was gone.

That meant the object was now inside my scoop.

I lifted the scoop out of the water and looked down.

And to my absolute amazement…

THERE IT WAS!

THE BRACELET!

Gold was glistening inside the scoop among the sand and shells!

That beautiful yellow gold was popping everywhere, and the image that appeared before my eyes at that moment is something I don’t think I will ever forget!

I FOUND IT! I FOUND IT!

It was almost unbelievable even to me.

Somewhere within a search area stretching more than the length of a football field, in the waters of the Delaware Bay, my detector had passed over Saybria’s precious 47-gram, 18-karat yellow gold bracelet!

The excitement in my heart was overwhelming.

This wasn’t simply an expensive piece of jewelry. It was priceless to Saybria because of what it represented—the love between her and Tommy and the years they had shared together.

From Tears of Heartbreak to Tears of Joy

I couldn’t wait to get back to shore, pack up my equipment and surprise my client.

When I called Saybria, she initially had no idea that I had found the bracelet. She was already pouring out tears because she was so upset over the loss that she could barely contain herself.

Then I shared the news.

Her beloved 18-karat yellow gold bracelet had been recovered from the depths of the Delaware Bay!

Saybria began bawling even more—but this time they were tears of joy!

Later that evening, I drove another two hours to meet Saybria and her wonderful boyfriend, Tommy, and personally return the amazing bracelet that had disappeared into the water approximately three and a half days earlier.

We hugged, joined hands together and thanked the Lord for what He had done for Saybria.

We all agreed that this recovery was a perfect example of why sometimes we have to believe the unbelievable, have faith in God for what appears impossible, refuse to give up, and do everything we can to put feet to our prayers.

As the Bible teaches in James 2:14–26:

“Faith without works is dead.”

We have to demonstrate through our actions that we truly believe in His power and His ability to make a way even when the odds appear to be stacked against us.
And that morning, in the waters of the Delaware Bay in Milford, Delaware, God certainly delivered!

80-Gram Family Heirloom Gold Chain Recovered from the Atlantic Ocean – Ocean City, Maryland (136th Street)

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Chris’ 80 gram yellow gold family heirloom chain given to him 25 years ago from his grandmother… Miraculously recovered by metal detectorist, Brian Rudolph

Chris and Rose excited and relieved that their nightmare was finally over after Brian Rudolph of METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC and THE RING FINDERS was able to recover the lost gold chain from the claws of the Atlantic Ocean

Some recoveries are exciting because of the value of the item. Others are unforgettable because of the story behind it.

This recovery was both.

Chris and his family were enjoying a beautiful summer vacation at the beach on 136th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. While body surfing in the Atlantic Ocean, a powerful wave crashed directly into him. In an instant, he felt something slide over his head. His 80-gram yellow gold family heirloom chain had been ripped from his neck and disappeared beneath the crashing surf.

The chain had been given to Chris by his grandmother 25 years earlier. He had worn it nearly every day since then, and the thought of losing such a treasured family keepsake was heartbreaking.

Chris, along with several family members, immediately began searching the water. They dug frantically through the wet sand as wave after wave rolled over them. Desperate to find the chain, Chris clawed into the sand with his bare hands until the skin on them was badly torn.

Despite all of their efforts, the chain remained hidden.

Over the next three days, Chris explored every option he could think of. He hired local metal detectorists, purchased sifters and recovery tools, and searched repeatedly in the surf. Nothing worked.

Then he found THE RING FINDERS, the international directory of professional metal detectorists, and reached out to me.

Unfortunately, my schedule wouldn’t allow me to get to Ocean City until nearly four days after the chain had been lost. By then, the tides had come and gone numerous times, making the search even more challenging. Still, Chris wasn’t ready to give up on something that meant so much to him.

When I arrived at the beach, Chris and his wife, Rose, met me in the parking lot. We walked out onto the sand where they carefully showed me the exact area where they believed the chain had come off. Rose had done an excellent job preserving the location by using their condominium as a landmark, repeatedly checking the alignment over the previous several days.

Those reference points would prove to be invaluable.

I timed the search to begin at low tide, giving us the greatest possible chance of success. Wearing my full neoprene gear, I entered the Atlantic carrying multiple metal detectors in case changing beach conditions or mineralization required a different machine.

The waves were powerful and relentless.

More than once they nearly knocked me off my feet, but I methodically worked every section of the search area, refusing to rush. Searches in the surf demand patience and precision.

As time passed, I could sense Chris becoming discouraged as he watched from the shoreline. The only thing I had recovered was a length of discarded fishing line crossing through my search path.

Then, about an hour into the search, I recovered a dime buried roughly eight inches beneath the sand.

I called back to Chris and told him that finding a deeply buried coin could be encouraging. While a dime is far lighter than an 80-gram gold chain, it suggested that heavier targets had settled into that layer of sand rather than being swept far offshore.

Only seconds later, my detector gave another signal about a foot away.

It was faint.

Very faint.

Experienced detectorists know that gold chains can produce surprisingly weak signals, even when they’re heavy. Their shape often makes them far more difficult to detect than people expect.

There was only one way to find out.
I pushed my scoop into the sand and lifted.

As the sand began washing away, something bright and golden slowly emerged.

There it was.

Chris’s chain.

The beautiful gold “snake” seemed to pour right out of the sand inside my scoop.

I couldn’t believe it.

I raised the chain into the air and shouted with excitement as I hurried toward shore. Chris came running into the water, and the two of us embraced while I held up his precious family heirloom.

Moments later Rose joined us, overcome with emotion. The three of us stood together, hugging and thanking the Lord for answering the prayer we had shared before the search began.

It was one of those moments that reminds me why I love doing this work.

For the next 45 minutes, beachgoers stopped to ask what had happened. One by one, they congratulated Chris after learning that something so deeply treasured had been recovered against what seemed like impossible odds.

No amount of money could replace the memories attached to that chain.
Watching the relief on Chris’s face, seeing Rose’s tears of joy, and witnessing a family heirloom return to the family where it belongs made this one of the most rewarding recoveries I have ever experienced.

Stories like this are exactly why I love being a professional metal detectorist and why I’m grateful to be part of THE RING FINDERS, whose directory helped connect Chris with me when he needed help the most.

Sometimes, hope is all you need to make one more phone call.
And sometimes… that’s enough.

The Ring Hero Saves Ava’s Precious Family Crest Ring in Alexandria, Virginia

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Ava’s beautiful 14 karat yellow gold family crest ring safely recovered from the front lawn of her Alexandria, Virginia home by THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph.

Smiles and relief! Ava proudly holds her recovered family crest ring after Brian Rudolph successfully located the treasured heirloom with his metal detector.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (also known as THE RING HERO) searches Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses and Vehicles. He Will Find Your Lost Item! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

By Brian Rudolph – Professional Ring Finder & Metal Detectorist
Owner, METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC (Clarksburg, Maryland)

Some jewelry carries far more than monetary value. For Ava, her beautiful 14 karat yellow gold family crest ring represented family tradition, love, and legacy. Less than a year earlier, Ava’s father had gifted her the special ring as part of a meaningful family custom in which each child receives their own family crest ring to treasure for generations.

What began as a relaxing afternoon enjoying the sunshine outside her home in Alexandria quickly turned into a heartbreaking ordeal when the cherished heirloom suddenly disappeared.

A Relaxing Afternoon Turns Stressful

It was a beautiful day, and Ava decided to spend some time outside laying on the front lawn of her Alexandria home soaking up the sun. Along with her towel and personal items, she brought a portable speaker system styled like a classic 1980s boombox to enjoy some music while relaxing outdoors.

Before applying sunscreen, Ava carefully removed her beloved 14K yellow gold family crest ring and placed it on top of the boombox speaker for safekeeping. Since sunscreen and jewelry rarely mix well, it seemed like the perfect temporary spot.

At some point, Ava gathered her belongings and headed back toward the house. But the moment she opened the front door, panic immediately set in. Her ring was no longer sitting on top of the portable speaker.

Knowing the ring had to be somewhere on the lawn, Ava rushed back outside and began searching frantically. She retraced every step she had taken, hoping to catch a glimpse of the treasured piece of jewelry hidden somewhere in the grass. Unfortunately, despite her determination, the ring could not be found.

Hours of Searching Led to Frustration

As the hours passed, additional family members joined the search effort. Ava’s parents, sister, and future brother-in-law all carefully combed through the yard looking for the missing ring. Everyone understood just how sentimental and irreplaceable the family crest ring truly was.

Despite countless hours searching the lawn, the ring remained missing.
Eventually, Ava’s mother, Mercedes, decided to search online for professional help. She hoped there might be someone experienced with metal detecting who could assist in recovering the lost heirloom.

That search led her to THE RING FINDERS, the elite international directory of metal detectorists dedicated to helping people recover lost valuables. Through the directory, Mercedes found me — Brian Rudolph, THE RING HERO — owner of METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC.
After speaking with Mercedes and gathering all the details surrounding the loss, we arranged for me to visit the property the very next day to conduct a professional recovery search.

The Search Begins

Once I arrived at the Alexandria home, I immediately began asking Ava detailed questions about the events leading up to the loss. I wanted to understand exactly where she had been laying in the yard, where the boombox had been positioned, and the path she walked back toward the front door before noticing the ring was missing.

These small details often make all the difference in a successful recovery.
After carefully listening and studying the search area, I began metal detecting the front lawn.

Within just five minutes, I heard the exact signal I was hoping for through my detector headphones while simultaneously seeing a promising target reading appear on my control panel.I knew there was a very good chance this was the ring.

The Exciting Recovery

I immediately knelt down and used my handheld pinpointer to narrow the target location beneath the grass. Within moments, there it was — Ava’s beautiful 14 karat yellow gold family crest ring resting safely below the surface of the lawn!

I could not have been happier for Ava and her family. When everyone came outside, I surprised them with one of my signature “Ring Hero” reveals, which gave the entire family a huge smile and brought instant relief after all the stress and disappointment they had experienced.

Seeing Ava hold her treasured family crest ring once again was incredibly rewarding. Her parents were amazed at how quickly the recovery happened after multiple family members had spent hours searching unsuccessfully on their own.

Preserving a Future Family Heirloom

What made this recovery especially meaningful was understanding the importance of the ring beyond its gold value. This was not simply a piece of jewelry — it was part of a cherished family tradition and a future heirloom that one day may be passed down to future generations.

Being able to help preserve something so sentimental is one of the greatest joys of what I do as THE RING HERO.
Every recovery has a story, but this one beautifully highlighted how quickly a treasured possession can disappear and how important it can be to seek professional help when traditional searching methods fail.

Thankfully, Ava’s story had the happiest possible ending.

Lost Engagement Ring at Ijamsville, Maryland Wedding Sparks Panic…Ring Hero Brian Rudolph Solves Mystery at Glen Ellen Farm

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Tessa’s yellow gold 1.75 carat marquise cut diamond engagement ring lost at a wedding and recovered by professional metal detectorist Brian Rudolph

Tessa and her fiancé Patrick excitedly pose for the camera after RING HERO Brian Rudolph metal detected their irreplaceable keepsake on the grassy parking lot at Glen Ellen Farm in Ijamsville, Maryland

At six in the morning this past Mother’s Day, I received a text from a desperate bride-to-be who lost her beautiful yellow gold 1.75 carat marquise cut diamond engagement ring.

Tessa and Patrick were getting married in 3 weeks and while attending a friend’s wedding, Tessa realized that she wasn’t wearing her irreplaceable keepsake on her finger.

Upon returning to the hotel room later that night, the engaged couple frantically searched everywhere for Tessa’s ring but unfortunately it was nowhere to be found. They even pulled the sink trap off to see if the jewel ended up in the bathroom’s plumbing but sadly it was not there.

By morning, the couple started getting desperate. Tessa searched online for help and that’s when THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph, came to the rescue!

I spoke with Tessa shortly after 6am to get the facts pertaining to the disappearance of her irreplaceable “symbol of love”. From all of the information that she gave me, I narrowed the search window between the hotel room and the grassy parking lot at the wedding venue.

My client told me that her ring was not loose on her finger. That fact helped me to conclude that she had to have intentionally taken the ring off of her finger (it did not slide off). So, the two places where it could have been taken off would have been in the couple’s hotel bathroom or in their vehicle. This led me to my next question, “Tessa, did you happen to apply lotion on your hands while the two of you drove to the wedding?” She immediately responded with astonishment, “Yes, how did you know?” I explained to my client that this was a common behavior when people lose their rings. They take the jewelry off of their fingers, place the items on their lap, apply the lotion, and forget to put the ring(s) back onto their finger(s).

We now had a plan with how we would attack this search. I agreed to meet Tessa and Patrick out at Glen Ellen Farm in Ijamsville, Maryland where the wedding had taken place the night before.

When I arrived at the property, I parked along the grassy parking lot where the couple had positioned their vehicle when they first arrived at the wedding. I asked if we could have a word of prayer before the search began and they appreciated my desire to call upon God’s help to assist me in helping my clients. Since God instituted the concept of betrothal (which is engagement) as well as marriage, my opinion is that the Lord is on my side when it comes to trying to recover these symbols of promise and covenant of commitment!

I asked Tessa where she thought the two of them parked their vehicle and I then immediately got to work! I was hoping that my theory was correct that the young lady had just not remembered that she had the ring on her finger coming to the wedding and that she just forgot to put it back on after applying lotion.

As it turned out, within a couple of minutes of metal detecting the grassy parking area, I struck yellow gold! I indeed recovered Tessa’s irreplaceable jewel of love! I cannot express with words how awesome it felt to successfully metal detect Tessa’s ring based on the theory I was going by!

It was such an awesome sight to see Tessa’s face and her fiancé’s countenance the moment that I yelled over to them that I had found their beloved ring! The three of us celebrated the return of one of their most important material possessions and we gave thanks to the Lord for helping me solve this mystery for the couple! It was a beautiful moment for all of us!

Tessa and Patrick will be getting married next week! Because they called THE RING HERO to help find their jewel and recover it before it was lost forever, Tessa will now be wearing her beloved yellow gold 1.75 marquis diamond engagement ring on the most special day of her life!

Rings Lost While Gardening…Found After Calling Member of The Ring Finders in Sykesville, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Katie’s family heirloom white gold and diamond engagement ring and wedding band which detectorist Brian Rudolph recovered for his client.

Katie and her husband Chase shining with happiness and relief knowing that Katie’s irreplaceable family heirloom keepsakes were back in her possession thanks to the efforts of Brian Rudolph.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Katie was gardening all day in her backyard. At some point, she took off her white gold and diamond engagement ring and wedding band (they were welded together) and placed them in her spandex shorts pocket while planting, weeding and trimming. After Katie took her shower in her outside shower area near the couple’s pool, she reached into her short’s pocket to retrieve her rings but sadly they were gone. The pocket was completely empty!

Katie and her husband Chase looked everywhere for the pair of irreplaceable keepsakes but even after twenty hours of searching, the jewelry didn’t turn up anywhere. There were approximately eight or nine locations where the rings could have fallen out of Katie’s pocket! This included all of the grassy areas where Katie walked throughout the couple’s estate while gardening in her very elaborate flower beds and near or around the fish pond.

Chase contacted me after finding my information on THE RING FINDER’S website. Later that night I made it out to the couple’s place and began the search. I immediately went to the shower area near the in-ground pool to see if the rings came out of Katie’s shorts when she tossed them outside of the shower stall. After an hour of detecting all around that section of the backyard (in and around the garden beds, pine tree limbs and under the deck stairs), I moved over to the adirondack chair where Katie had sat down for a few minutes in the middle of the day. Unfortunately, I didn’t find my client’s white gold and diamond ring set there either.

It was at that point in the search where I suggested to Chase that we take my detector over to the fish pond area. As we began to walk across a narrow strip of grass which wrapped around towards the pond, I randomly scanned the ground just in case I hit an interesting target signal on the way over to the water.

The signal that I picked up on my detector was extremely attractive to my ears and to my machine’s LCD screen. I asked myself there in the dark as I adjusted my headlamp and knelt down to look at the buried object in the grass, “What would the odds be that I just found the two rings?”

Well, as it turned out, I had great news for Chase who was standing just a couple of feet behind me! I FOUND THE RINGS!!!! They had been buried under the grass blades the entire time they had gone missing! They must have fallen out of Katie’s pocket as she was walking towards one of the garden beds or while bending over to do some necessary weeding!

Chase and I walked around towards the front of the house and revealed to Katie the great news that I had successfully recovered her irreplaceable keepsakes! Katie began to cry uncontrollably and the three of us gave thanks and praise to the Lord for answering our earlier prayer! I love my God!

Wedding Band Goes Missing During Barbecue…Found Over Fence in Gaithersburg, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Walleed’s platinum wedding band that had gone missing for days before RING HERO Brian Rudolph had finally found it in the grass on another adjacent property!

Walleed and Anya excitedly showing off the wedding band that traveled 35 feet off their back deck which detectorist Brian Rudolph had found!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Walleed and Anya have been married for 5 years. Walleed had never lost his platinum wedding band until the other day. He lost the ring while barbecuing on his townhouse’s second floor deck. While throwing a nail out back which his five year old son had found, the man’s ring flew off with it!

The family searched with a metal detector for over an hour but they couldn’t find the irreplaceable keepsake anywhere. Finally, Walleed went online and found me on my Metal Detecting Adventures Inc website. He was thinking of renting a higher quality metal detector from my company.

After talking on the phone with my potential client, I convinced Walleed that the best thing to do would be to hire me to find his lost ring instead of renting some equipment. Many people who rent from my company do not find what they set out to search for. Then, they hire me…THE RING HERO! Walleed got smart from the get go and we set up a time for me to conduct the search.

I am happy to share that I successfully found my client’s special wedding band! After metal detecting the entire backyard (which included the lawn, flower beds and between all of the wooden fence slots), I decided that my next plan of action was to search on the other side of the rear fence. That’s where I recovered Walleed’s wedding ring! It had flown 35 feet from the deck and landed part way down the hill on the other side of the fence!

Walleed and Anya were so very happy to see again the very wedding band that Anya had placed on her husband’s finger approximately five years earlier! The couple were relieved and extremely grateful that they hired a professional ring finder to do the search which as a result would end up bringing the heavy sentimental platinum ring back home to Walleed’s finger!
