I recently received a call from David in California after he lost his prized Rolex watch while jet skiing in the crystal-clear waters of Belize. During an aggressive turn near a small island, he was thrown from the jet ski. It wasn’t until a short time later that he looked at his wrist and realized his Rolex was gone.
Recovering a watch in open water is never simple. It requires careful planning, specialized underwater metal detecting equipment, and experience working in challenging environments.
