A Swiss Visitor’s Engagement Ring, Recovered Near the Santa Barbara Pier

Late last Saturday night I got an urgent phone call from a number listed from Switzerland. It was from Irina, who had been visiting Santa Barbara on holiday from Switzerland and had lost her engagement ring near the Santa Barbara Pier.
