Recovered wedding ban on Cocoa beach

Justyne called after finding me on The Ringfinders site. She had lost her ring 4 days before  on a favorite metal detecting beach. The odds were against us.  I arrived at the beach around 4 o’clock and it was packed with sunbathers . An hour later a thunderstorm rolled in and cleared the beach.  It was her lucky day.

Lost Heirloom wedding ring on Melbourne beach

I got a call from Matt after he had found me on The Ringfinders.  He had lost a very special ring. The timing was perfect for me to search the next morning at low tide. The couple did not hold much hope that I would find his ring. To their surprise I heard the beep I wanted! A family heirloom back on the ring finger.

I got a call From Nick who found me on Ring finders.  He had been at an outdoor bar and lost his wedding band.  He could not meet me there so we face timed instead.  It was a large space covered in crushed shells. Lost ring in Viera

  • from Melbourne Beach (Florida, United States)

Jason contacted me from his sons soccer game at a nearby high school. His wife had lost her ring somewhere between the car and their lawn chairs. I arrived and began detecting the area.

No sign of the missing ring. Jason assured me he had searched his car. I told him that only a few weeks ago my visiting Granddaughter dropped her ring between the back seats of our Tucson. we knew it had to be there. It required removing the seats to locate her ring.

Jason used You Tube to learn he could unclip the passenger seat and raise it to access the battery. The ring was there!  My metal detecting skills were not successful that day but I was able to help.

Cape Coral found Wedding band

  • from Melbourne Beach (Florida, United States)

Robert texted me after hearing about ring finders from a colleague at work.  I  was at a wedding in NY. When we returned Ian was approaching.   Turns out that by the time I got home Ian was a day away. I got the hurricane shutters up and had a few hours to look for Roberts ring before evacuation. The story has a happy ending and a very sad ending. My two favorite beaches  Sanibel  and Fort Myers were heavily damaged. I did however find Roberts ring’

I got the call to search for Lorena’s ring at Sanibel Island Beach Resort on July 25th. She had lost the ring in the water at a very low tide. Arriving at the  location I knew I would need another low tide to hunt. Twelve days later conditions were right! The ring was found and mailed to her. Needless to say she was surprised and grateful.

iPhone lost in Cape Coral canal

  • from Melbourne Beach (Florida, United States)

I was skeptical when a call came in to me about a lost cell phone in a canal. Especially when I was out of town and could not do a search for over 24hrs.

But Jeremy and Shannon were even more skeptical!! They had traveled by boat to a popular eatery in Cape Coral. When exiting the boat the phone slipped into the water.

I tried laying on the dock and stretching as far as my detector could reach  but inevitably I ended up in the water.  Not only was the phone found but it was still on and working!

Found wedding band on Captiva Island Florida

  • from Melbourne Beach (Florida, United States)

Victoria called me on her way to Miami. She and her new husband had been wed only 6 days before on beautiful Captiva island . They were flying out of Miami to their home in Anchorage Alaska. Leaving behind his lost wedding band. She was able to text me pictures of  the area on the beach where her husband lost his wedding band. She was skeptical that I could locate it since they walked and enjoyed a great deal of the beach.  It was not an easy search and I spent more than a few hours. But the ring was found and I shipped it to Alaska.
