*** Justin and his brother were at Emerald Bay which is located in Laguna Beach, CA. His brother lost a white gold bracelet in the dry sand earlier in the day. After searching for a long time, Justin set out to buy or rent a metal detector.
During Justin’s attempt to locate a metal detector on line, he found my contact information. His call to me was not long. Basically , I needed to know if it was lost in dry sand and the location was less than 5 miles from where I live.
