I received a call from Julie saying her son’s wedding band flew off his finger while swimming on a sand bar. They searched for a couple of days with no success, and then found me through The Ringfinders online. They didn’t believe the ring could be found, but wanted to try my metal detecting service, anyway. It took 2 1/2 hours of sweeping every inch of the small sand bar until I finally heard a good signal. That was it! This ring was an important find because the groom’s brother was his best man, he had passed one year after the wedding from a tragic allergic reaction, and the ring was filled with his memories. I was glad to get it back where it belonged.
