Lost ring in yard Bristol, TN…Found

  • from Johnson City (Tennessee, United States)

I had a couple contact me today. They were celebrating their Anniversary. She had lost her ring working in the yard two years ago and wanted it back. Someone mentioned to her husband at work he should contact a ring finder. He called and we set up a time. After a quick search the detector gave the tone I was looking for. Sure enough it was her ring.

Lost ring in the lake.

Received a call regarding a lost ring in the lake. The guy was swimming with his kids and playing around with his daughter when it came off. Instead of panicking or being upset he used it as a time to teach his children things like this happen. The ring was in about 13 feet of water with zero visibility. After searching for 30 minutes with no sight in the mud the metal detector blew my ears off. I felt around a picked up what I thought was a ball of metal but was able to slide it on my finger. What a relief!!! He was very excited that he gets to share having the ring back with his family.

Lost ring in lake

Received a call from a lovely couple. They were spending a day at the lake in the water when the ring came off her finger. I met them for a quick boat trip out to the island where they were swimming.  Thankfully she marked exactly where she lost it by remembering a tree on the bank in front of her.. The ring was in about four feet of water right where she said it would be. This was a quick search made possible by some quick thinking.  So glad to help this family out.

Lost ring working in the yard… Found

  • from Johnson City (Tennessee, United States)

I was so blessed to recover this ring for a local family. While working in the yard she dropped it. They searched for hours and could not find it. Her daughter found my contact info on theringfinders.com. The ring is beautiful but the joy of this find was seeing how this family surrounded her in her time loss. Wedding rings are a special part of our life. Many times they hold value far beyond gold and diamonds. Often it’s a love of your life and even a family heirloom from a family member that has passed. You can replace the ring. But you can never replace the memories and the love from family that was built when that ring was placed on your finger.

Lost class ring swimming Johnson City, TN

This was a great recovery! I decided to go diving and metal detecting to see what I could find. I hit on this class ring after about 45 minutes of searching. I searched for the owner but had no luck. It stayed on my counter top for about four months. The school where he went to would not provide any information and no one on the alumni page would respond to my messages. I posted the ring on the lost and found class ring site and had a representative from Joslin’s contact me. She was able to provide me with a last name and after a quick search on Facebook I found him. He said he lost the ring swimming fourteen years ago and was very happy to get the ring back.

Lost ring in yard Bristol Tennessee…Found

I received a call from a client who lost her ring in the yard. They had cut the grass as low as they could and searched everywhere for it. After searching for an hour I found the ring. It had fallen in a whole where a tree was removed. This was a more difficult search and I had already gone over the yard once but persistence pays off.

This ring find broke my heart and made me smile at the same time. Her husband had passed due to illness and she lost the ring while working in the yard. She had searched for weeks looking for it with no luck. After an hour of detecting I found it. Overwhelmed with joy she was moved to tears.

Lost ring Knoxville TN…Found

Had a lady contact me regarding her lost rings. She let her kid use them as he was practicing to be a ring bearer. After they got home she realized he did not have them. She was concerned that a metal detector would not pick them up as they were platinum rings. I assured her the detector would have no problems if the rings were in the grass.

Lost ring in Watauga Lake Elizabethton TN… Found

Had a client call me. He took his family to the lake for a swim and lost his wedding ring while swimming.  I met up with him and we took a boat to the spot where he thought it was at. After an hour of searching in 10-15 feet of water and running very low on air I found his ring.
