I was contacted by a Pikesville, Maryland resident named Joyce who wanted to identify her water shut-off valve cover located somewhere on the front yard.

Joyce heard about the neighbor up the street who lost thousands of dollars of personal items and sentimental keepsakes that can never be replaced.
