Myo was scared that she was not prepared in case of a water pipe break outside of her house. She saw the damage that was caused at another neighbor’s house when they were not able to turn the water off at the curb. Why couldn’t they? Because they didn’t know where the water shut-off valve cover was located (it was covered in dirt and grass over the past 17 years).
Like with other neighbors in Myo’s neighborhood, I came to my client’s house and located the water shut-off valve cover near the curb. Now Myo is able to gain access to the valve to shut the water off during a true emergency. She is extremely relieved and has tremendous peace of mind.
