Nait called requesting my assistance in locating his only car key fob which was lost in a farmer’s field in South Edmonton on Saturday evening.
After asking Nait my usual questions I agreed to help him in locating his keys.
I meet up with Nait at the location he indicated as three possible likelihood areas in the field his key fob could be.
After eyeing the area I informed Nait that his keys where lying on top of the grass because the tall grass had fallen down after the snow had melted in some areas, while the grass in other areas remained standing up.
After searching the area that Nait believed his key were in and not finding them, we took a break due to the rain.
Nait then contacted one of his friends who sent him a pin location to the general area where they were that evening. According to the pin location the keys were totally in a different location in the field.
We headed out to the pin location and within ten minutes found his key fob within approximately 100 feet of the pin.
We are aware of the high cost of replacing a BMW key fob or any Key Fob, and the expence of towing his vehical to the dealership!
