It’s just me, my metal detector, and a whole lotta Alabama mud. While some folks my age are rockin’ in a chair, I’m out here diggin’ holes, chasin’ beeps, and lookin’ for a little silver like it’s still 1965 💁♀️
Who needs a gym membership when you’ve got squats, lunges, and a shovel? Baby, this IS my cardio.
And let me tell you—there ain’t nothin’ wrong with a little dirt under your nails if it means you’re still out here LIVIN’.
