This is me! I called Steven just a few minutes after my ring slipped off in waist-deep water. He was immediately so comforting, agreeing to come search first thing in the morning. He knew when was best to search based on the tides, and his confidence was very reassuring. Once he got out there, he found the ring in less than 30 minutes. He was so kind throughout the entire process, and I can tell that he truly gets joy from helping people. I am so grateful to Steven for getting me back something so precious when it seemed impossible!
