Got a call about 2 lost gold rings this afternoon! They were lost in shoulder deep water. One diamond ring was her mother’s ring and had sentimental value. It was not an easy recovery! Over an hour in shoulder deep water with waves coming in! After digging some change, an earring, a lighter I got another good hit. The wedding band came out first! She saw both rings come off together so I knew the diamond ring should be close and it was. So happy to get the rings back especially her mother’s diamond!

After losing my rings in the water, I thought there was no chance of it being recovered. We got back to our hotel room hours later and on a whim, did some research online and found Steve. I thought it was a least worth a try and after reaching out, he responded immediately and was in front of our hotel within the hour. My sons and I watched from the hotel balcony, he was persistent in the water. In less than an hour, we got the call to come back down and see if there was a chance, the search perimeter could be expanded… he is a total trickster, haha! He had the rings while we were still thinking it was lost forever. He pulled them out, I was in absolutely shock. I never thought they would be found, Steve is the real deal. He did not give up, I’m incredibly thankful for his skills and perseverance.
