Edith contacted me through the management company of her senior community that she lives in. After an outside water pipe that broke in front of a neighbor’s house, Edith and other community members decided to take action.
I came to Edith’s house and located her water shut off valve cover so that she would be prepared in case she would have to deal with her own water pipe break emergency. She feels a lot safer now that she knows where to gain access to the water shut-off valve!
