Cost For My Service

I work on a ''Reward Basis'' that means you pay what it's worth to you and what you can afford, for me to come out and find your lost item.

I have a $25 call-out fee to cover my fuel expense, may be more or less depending on where you are located. (Call to discuss).

Search Types

Land and shallow water.

Willing to search pretty much anywhere; yards, gardens, fields, pastures, parks, beaches. I’m flexible.

Please note, searches on private property need the owners permission.

Search Locations

Based in the OC area, but willing to travel the area to find your stuff. Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill County.

Greg Lewis's Bio

I got my first taste of metal detecting many years ago with my grandfather on a Whites Coinmaster. I remember it being heavy and bulky, but super cool with all the switches and knobs.

I have definitely upgraded since then, using Garrett and Minelab detectors, depending on the search.

I was born and raised in Oregon, and recently retired after 27 years in law enforcement. With my new free time, I’ve been able to lean into my hobbies, one of which is metal detecting.

I have a detector partner (another retired LEO) who has been known to join me on adventures. Being retired, my schedule is flexible, and I can often be available on short notice. Would love to come help you find that item you thought was lost forever, or come out and search your property for hidden/lost treasure you didn’t know was there.

Hope to help you out!

    Item

Thank you soooo much Greg! People should know that in 10 minutes, JUST 10 MINUTES! You found my wedding ring. Easy as that but with great skill. Having previously spent hours over several weeks looking in the same area, trying to find it myself, I was simply amazed.

But the real find is Greg. He is friendly, easy to talk to, highly skilled and a man of high integrity. I would not have found my ring had it not been for Greg and Ring Finders.
