In the photos below, I was called out to find a ring that was lost the night before at Haulover Beach. Unfortunately the beach was closed by the time he called me but I was able to meet him there early the next morning. He was from out of town and actually rented a car just to make it there.
He had place his ring in his pocket and believed it could have fallen out in one of two areas. After searching the first area with no luck we tried to figure out where he was sitting the day before. After gridding the area for a few minutes I was able to find it:-). Another successful recovery.
