We got 2 feet of snow overnight in Vancouver, which is very unusual for us out here. It was very pretty but at the same time pretty dangerous to get out and drive around and get things done. I woke up in the morning to three text messages for help in regards to finding lost rings. I had to put it on hold for a day because it took close to five hours to dig out from the snow and I wasn’t going to risk driving that day. I felt it would be better to wait to the next day to see how the roads were and if they were a little better. I was able to get out to my first search the next day which was for a ladies emerald and diamond ring that was lost in the snow while she was scraping ice and snow from her vehicle.
When I met and we talked she wasn’t 100% sure it was lost by her SUV cause she didn’t feel it come off. I am always happy to come and give people closure to make sure it’s not sitting there for someone to find when the snow melts, or the ring getting stuck in a truck tire in driven away. I started the search where they had to shovel the snow to the side from the road but nothing, I asked if she could move her vehicle and she did, and lo and behold. I found it by the back rear tire area.
