Late fathers gold signet ring lost while gardening

We received a call through The Ring Finders. This gentleman was out gardening and cleaning up the yard when he noticed his ring was missing. He searched but the vegetation and leaves made it extremely difficult to find. He wasn’t sure if it was lost on the ground, in the house or even in the leaf bags he was filling. He went through two full bags and still no ring. He inherited this ring from his late father and he passed away only two months prior. This ring meant a lot to him. When we started our search we noticed there was a lot of metal tones with red hydro flags. It took Eric and I about 20 minutes, by this time we both had a small handful of false gold signals. My coil passed over a solid 13 target ID number, I moved the leaves and imbedded in the ground was this golden O. It must have been stepped on but I found it! I went to the door and told him to come outside and take a look. I show him the exact spot and he immediately picks it up and smiled with relief.. It was right were he was working and pilling branches. Again a few tears escaped my eyes with joy! Another successful ring return! I Love being a ring finder!

Tears Of Joy When Lost Heirloom Ring Found In Ottawa

This was a tear jerker! Eric received a Ring Finders call this afternoon. 40 years ago Cinzia’s mother had given her a gold flower ring when she was just a child. She then passed it over to her 6 year old daughter. This morning on there way to school her daughter was skipping down the center of the walkway, a few blocks down the road her daughter noticed the ring was gone! Her daughter was pretty upset loosing this heirloom. A coworker told her about a metal detecting service to help find a lost rings, she did a search and found us. We arrived in the early afternoon and we could tell this ring had a lot of sentimental value. Cinzia showed us the path they walked. This was one of those really tough curb strip searches. A lot of  low tones with foils on the surface. We thought it would be a good idea to start our search where her daughter noticed it missing. The great thing is Eric and I are a team, Eric took the right side of the path and I took the left. We slowly inched our way along both side of the path checking every surface signal we received. After about a 1/2 hour of searching we had only covered 1/4 of the path way and I got a loud low tone.. I took out my hand held pin pointer and as it started to ring off I saw the glimmer of gold hiding in the grass! We anxiously walked back to her house to return it.. As she opened the door I held it up and asked, is this it? As soon as she saw it she gasped and put her hand over her mouth, yup my eyes filled up with tears lol! I love ring recoveries and we are so happy we received this call and we were able to help!

Lost Platinum Ring At Landsdowne Park Ottawa Ontario

We met this gentlemen at the Local Restaurant at Lansdowne Park, this is where he took off his ring 10 days prior, he had no memory of what happened next but realized he no longer had his Platinum wedding ring once he was home. We retraced his steps to an area he had been wrestling with his nephew. Sure enough it was found sitting in the grass. You couldn’t see it visually but my detector did! He was one happy man, at that point we realized he must have put the ring in his pocket at the restaurant.

Gold Wedding Band Lost For 7 Years Found In Gatineau Quebec

We met Geatan In Gatineau Quebec. 7 years ago he was removing the snow in his laneway and lost a sentimental ring. His late fathers wedding ring, it was the same one he used for his own wedding. He had given up hope for years until he heard about our service. After a good hour of searching his ring finally saw daylight again.. It’s never too late to find that lost ring!

Lost Engagement And Wedding Ring At An Ottawa Park

We received a call to help locate 2 lost rings in Ottawa Ontario, an engagement ring and a wedding ring. His wife was swinging her kids on the swing set at the local school when she noticed both of her rings were gone. It didn’t take long and both rings were recovered in the sand!
