Tungsten Wedding Band Recovered in Lake Oswego – Ring Lost Over a Year Found with Metal Detector
It was Halloween 2021 and they were playing corn hole in the back yard. The competition was heating up!
Sadie’s boyfriend was tossing in the final playoff round when he felt his ring fly off into the approaching darkness.
That night they searched into the morning hours and for a few hours the next day. No luck.
13 months later the house is now being sold. Sadie decided to have the backyard searched professionally.
Sadie showed me where they had been playing corn hole behind the house.
I recovered his ring in about 10 minutes, about 10 feet straight down the line towards the opposing corn hole.
After being lost for over one year, it was buried in about two inches of grass and dirt. But this tough tungsten ring was completely undamaged and will clean up like new.
Sadie was extremely happy to return this beautiful black tungsten ring to her boyfriend!
