Lost Wedding Ring Found In The Ocean, Warnbro Dog Beach, Perth, Western Australia.
Paul had been at the beach with a group of friends when he decided on going for a swim, unfortunately on his return he discovered that his gold wedding band hadn’t!
After a quick chat on the phone I asked him to go back to the beach and landmark the sandcastle the kids had built which he said he had swum in front of.
This gave me a good reference point to use as a centre point for my search area.
After searching the beach front and about 10 m wide by 30 m out into the water with no joy I rang Paul and sent him a few photo’s from the search site. We both agreed after some discusion that I should extend the serach area to the south. I had only gone in and out 3 times when just over halfway out I finally heard what I’d been waiting for..
Mint day.. Mint result!
a loud but soft edged signal with a distinct double tone..
Paul’s precious.. Found and returned.
A few moments later I looked into my sand scoop and there it was, gleaming in two tone glory!
