Brandon was busy clearing his backyard land with his tractor when a disturbed nest of wasps attacked. At some point in the process of escaping the wasp onslaught — jumping off his tractor and swiping away the wasps with his hands — his wedding ring flew off his finger, landing somewhere in the loose sand.
Brandon’s wife contacted Ring Finder—Michael Dewey, who happened to be out of town, so he asked if I was available to help. Yes was the answer, and a search was scheduled for the next day. After a recount of how the ring got lost and an outline of the search area, I began my grid search. On the second pass, I got an excellent target signal. Sweet to see that yellow gold ring emerge out of the sand. Brandon was super happy to have his ring back.
