On August 9th, Oscar had posted, on Facebook, that his daughter had lost her Quinceañera Gold Ring in about 4 feet of water at Sand Harbor. He also stated “I can always buy another ring but that ring had sentimental value to my daughter.”
I reached out to Oscar and offered to search for his daughter’s ring. He provided detailed directions and a pinned map location.
My only worry, was that within the elapsed 42+ hours, Treasure Hunters had already found the ring. So I started searching early at 5:57am. Within minutes I found her ring buried in the sand in 4+ feet of water. Conveniently, I met up with Oscar’s brother that same morning and was able to return her ring to the family by 8:08am.
